> 3 dayCut short story of two guys that didn’t know they both Wanted each other. Knox and Brighton both work in a gym one lifts and the other does yoga but not find each other sexy and wanting each other. Bright gets thrown out of his home and Knox tells him to go live with him but on one of them days catches Bright doing things to himself on his bed. That leads to some excitement. > 3 dayBrighton and Knox are great friends. Both guys were funny and sweet. I really liked their relationship. Poor Brighton has a tonne of insecurities to overcome to believe that Knoxs friendship is true and doesnt come with a heap of conditions. A funny and sweet friends to lovers story and a great addition to the series. I look forward to reading the next one.

> 3 dayJ.D. Light is back with the second book in the Training Days series, and this time around, the friends-to-lovers trope focuses on best friends Brighton Walker and Knox Green. Besties for about two years, the dance student turned yoga instructor has the power lifters back--literally! Brighton isnt exactly a fan of walking--which kinda makes his last name ironic--but Knox doesnt mind giving the guy a lift--which is really quite perfect since hes, you know, a weightlifter and all. Plus, Knox is just that good of a friend, so of course, when Brighton is basically informed by his aunt that hes being kicked out of the place where hes been staying, Knox steps in and offers his extra room. But close quarters and hidden crushes are about to make things quite interesting between these two best of friends... Brighton was a sweet romance about two best friends whove had a thing for each other from the moment they met but whose doubts and hesitation had them becoming friends instead of asking one another out from the get-go. I liked that Brighton brought out both the protective and the more lighthearted sides of Knox. They had an easygoing friendship, and while Knox literally carrying Brighton on his back because the latter did not like walking unless absolutely necessary was a tad...unconventional...I did like that they seemed to be there for each other through everything. This story had little to no angst, and while I do love me my angst, I can more than appreciate that this book didnt need it at all. This quickie of a read gets four stars and has me looking forward to book three! ♥

> 3 dayMuch like Chandler, Brighton is a super short bit of fluff showing when he and Knox go from friends to lovers. Both of them have been oblivious to the other being interested. Knox invites Brighton to come live in his spare room when Brightons aunt rents his apartment out from under him. When Knox finds Brighton having fun on his bed, he starts to wonder and things move fast from there. Not much depth or detail, but it is a fun little read. I voluntarily received an advanced copy of this book in return for an honest review.

> 3 dayThis was a sweet story but I was annoyed with Brightons aunt. So glad Brighton got his happy ending even if hes a bit out there.

> 3 dayAnother adorably sweet story. I always think it’s crazy when both characters can’t even contemplate the other feeling the same way they do no matter how much they show it. I felt for Knox that he thought no one could actually love him just because he is built different than others. Brighton is adorable and I can’t help but think that he just lived with some jerks to have had as bad of an experience as he has. My only confusion was Brighton getting kicked out of the house he was living by his aunt, which was his deceased parents’ house. Did they seriously leave the house to her and not him? That just doesn’t seem right is any form or fashion. I received an ARC of this book and am giving an honest review.
