Brighton: Training Days Book 2

This was a cute story, with humor and sex, as two friends try not to fall for each other. I liked Brighton and Knox, and I felt entertained by their silliness. Book One had a little more depth, but both are sweet romances. I am curious about the other employees of Training Days and will continue reading this series.

I love J.D. Light books. This series is no exception. Very, very enjoyable read.

Much like Chandler, Brighton is a super short bit of fluff showing when he and Knox go from friends to lovers. Both of them have been oblivious to the other being interested. Knox invites Brighton to come live in his spare room when Brightons aunt rents his apartment out from under him. When Knox finds Brighton having fun on his bed, he starts to wonder and things move fast from there. Not much depth or detail, but it is a fun little read. I voluntarily received an advanced copy of this book in return for an honest review.

Loved Brighton and Knoxs story! These two guys were perfect for one another! My only complaint is that it was too short! I would have loved another 100 pages of this one...sweet, fluffy quick read that was well worth the time!

This book was a perfect pick me up read! The length make is easy to finish in one sitting and it was as fun as cotton candy! Knox was gruff and lovable and Brighton is adorable. I enjoyed watching them stumble and fall in love.

I was a little wary stepping into this, because Brighton basically draps himself on Knoxs shoulders like a pet when they walk places. But it makes more sense when you realize Knox is a power lifter, and Brighton is a feather light yoga teacher. So, youve got your big/smol trope, a lot of banter. This is honestly super cute, and it really does sell me on more of the authors work. Its fun in a light way, like a prose manga.

What a wonderful series. Brighton and Knox are great together. Im surprise they lasted as long as they did before they finally have into the mutual feelings. Knox is a strong man to have this loved climb up on him so that he can carry Brighton around the gym where they both work. I can wait to read Jordons story next. This was such a frothy bit of fun. In book 2 of The Training Days series its time for Brighton & Knox to get their HEA. Brighton, the gyms yoga instructor & Knox the gyms heavy weights guru have been friends for quite awhile with neither one seeing what everyone else saw...they were meant for each other. Brighton absolutely, positively hates to walk & his best bud, Knox, has become his willing mode of petsonal mode of transportation by clinging to Knoxs back in a multitude of positions. Its quite funny reading what they get up to. Not a deep plot at all, rather this is a sweet & fluffy love story suited for those days when one needs a touch of light and happiness. And good news, book 3, Jordans story is up next!

this was so adorkably sweet.. lol brighton is this adorable cute dorky guy.. who is fun and interesting and made me smile.. knoxx is brightons best friend.. his everything.. and these two together were just so much fun. i smiled so much during this story!

So this book came to me as an arc, and I adored it, positively adored it. JD Light has yet to write a book that I do not love. In this book we have sassy Brighton who is a yoga instructor and probably what we would all think of as a twink. He used to be a dancer but he lost his passion for it and found his passion and yoga. He hates walking but loves yoga. He lives in the home that he grew up in until his evil Auntie takes it away. Down-on-his-luck with nowhere to go he has no options. Enter his powerbuilding friend Knox, who offers to let Brighton lives with him and all of his problems are basically solved. Now Knox is this huge powerbuilding Alpha with the hugest crush on Brighton and just humor him all the time. Because Brighton hates walking he literally piggybacks Brighton around everywhere. After beating around the bush a lot these to finally get together and it is awesome. I love this book it was cute. It was funny. It was sweet. It was fluffy. It was everything I need in a book after Ive had a long stressful day. If I could give it 37 Stars I would but Amazon only allows 5. Highly recommend.
