Brothers sewing machines require bobbins of the same brand. If you try to use other brands, you will not be able to use them. This is not a major issue, but it would be nice to use any other brand - that is why I give it only 4 stars... They perform well and seem to be of good quality. I ordered more.

I am so pleased these work so well. I had ordered a generic brand elsewheres that claimed they would work BUT did not! These are perfect! Price was even less!!
