> 3 dayBabies smell nice! But thats not by accident. They smell nice because of the wash and lotion their mommies put on their little bodies. Without that, they smell like sour milk, diapers, and well, REAL baby. But whats in all of those washes and lotions? Dont ask! I love Burts Bees products, and the baby wash is no exception. I like that it smells so nice, but I like even more that its natural and gentle. The ingredients arent scary like some others. Granted, its not 100% crunchy granola pure, but its pretty darned good. Both of my babies have used this from their first bath (I even made the nurse use it in the hospital when she bathed baby #2!), and I wouldnt use anything else. Its pricey, but I think its well worth it for something that doesnt dry them out. Did I mention that it smells AMAZING? Buying it in the 3-pack was a smart move, since that will probably last us the better part of a year--no joke! A little goes a long way!

> 3 dayWorks great on my babys sensitive skin. Cleared up her baby acne. Gentle on the eyes. Dont use it every day. Bathing should only be done at maximum every other day on a baby, they need oils in their skin.

> 3 dayCame with broken top and dispenser with soap all over the plastic bag it was wrapped in. Couldnt even use the original bottle so I had to transfer the soap into another bottle with a dispenser. For the scent, its not bad, but does have a kind of strong artificial honey smell. How good the scent is could vary from person to person though, for me its just okay. Decent soap, doesnt irritate me, and works well for my sensitive skin.

Greater than one weekUPDATE: So I just wanted to apologize to Burt’s Bees because I found out the rash my newborn had was from an egg allergy. Apparently this is pretty typical for newborns and tends to last around a year. We’ve been using the Burt’s Bees line of products (because we purchased the set) that includes the wash, oil and lotion and we haven’t noticed any rashes. I can’t say for sure if this is the case for other reviewers that noticed rashes on their newborns, but if any other mommas like me EBF (exclusively breastfeed) their babies and notice rashes, I’d say have their pediatrician test their diaper (poo) for any (temporary) allergies! I would’ve never guessed. INITIAL REVIEW: I really wanted to love this product since I’m a huge fan and customer of Burt’s Bees, however using this wash (along with the Burt’s Bees baby oil) on my newborn gave him a horrible rash all over his face. I’m a FTM, but my sister saw him and recommended pHisoderm. I’m trying it out (just got it yesterday) but the reviews are promising. But yeah I hate to be THAT guy that leaves a bad review, but I had to. I don’t typically leave reviews but I think any mom, especially FTM like me has a right to know the truth. I was so devastated by his acne so I’m hoping the new soap will clear things up as quickly as people are saying.
