> 3 dayMy infant daughter has seriously sensitive skin, that only appeared after she was 2...errr. I had been using Burts Bees Baby Bee Shampoo & Wash with my older son since I found that many baby products had a lot of sulfites and perfumes that made me concerned. Since my daughter did not initially show any skin sensitivities, I would switch between Burts and other natural brands. When my daughter got a rash and we took her pediatrician, he suggested using Cetaphil wash and lotion. Used the wash for two weeks, and her rash got worse and her skin got very dry, even though the wash was very mild. Changed back to Burts and the dryness disappeared and she itched less. What a relief that an old standby worked, and shouldve been the one product I stuck to all along! I also use this product because it does not dry my skin, and a little goes along way. I have given this product to several friends for baby baskets, and they have all commented how soft their babies skins are, and how great their babies smell long after their bath. I still buy this product for baby gifts, because it has been so reliable over 14 years for me.

> 3 dayI’m personally a big fan of this product, due to my daughter having sensitive skin. The scent is pleasant, her hair is super soft, and her skin feels clean. This is my first time ordering it from Amazon, however and I’m incredibly disappointed. I’m not upset with the product itself, but more so how it arrived and it appears I’m not the only one who’s had an issue. Despite there being a seal to prevent the product from leaking, it still leaked. There’s clumps of dried soap around the pump (this was only ordered 2 days ago) and a significant amount is missing. When I washed the bottle off and push on the pump, soap was instantly coming out which gives me the impression that it has been used before. Usually when you purchase something new, you must push the pump a handful of times before product comes out. When you’re paying almost $15 for a product, this is pretty disappointing and upsetting.

> 3 dayHas no toxins or parabens so one of the safer options for babies. However the pump broke already during one use. The scent is ok not my favorite

21-11-2024My husband has blepharitis and for several years used Johnson & Johnson baby shampoo to do his eyelids scrubs twice daily with a cotton square. But now for at least 2 years he has used this Burt’s Bees baby shampoo and likes to use it much better that his previous choice. I researched different solutions and we decided on this. The smell is so much better than Johnson’s and it doesn’t dry out his eyelids as much. I had grown very tired of the smell of Johnson’s on him! This 3 pack works well for him. I use the subscribe program. So we both have been pleased with this more gentle and less smelly solution for him.

> 3 dayThis is an item on our Subscription.. very gentle and our kids had no issues. They increased the price by 31% from $19 (June 2022) to $25 recently. Not happy. No more on my subscription.

> 3 dayWhen you have your first kid you try all the brands you are gifted. I was team aveeno (and still am w lotion) but was gifted this. I’m now hooked 3 yr later and we buy only this soap for baby. It makes great bubbles for bubble bath and serves as wash and shampoo, all w a pump. A one hand one stop shop. The smell is lovely and sweet like honey and my daughter rubs it in her eyes bc she thinks it’s funny so it’s def tear free. We love this soap. It being great for bubble bath is a super plus! Not all baby soaps can hang in the bubble category. Ahem aveeno.

Greater than one weekAmazon was good, no complaints about the arrival or packaging. The complaint is with Chlorox and your QA/QC person. I am a forensic chemist. There are significant differences in color between my old bottle and the new bottle that I received with this order. More, the viscosity between the two lots was also significantly different. This new lot was much less viscous, and produces a lot less suds. Same exact label. I then went to Kroger, bought one off the shelf, and it is was a lot whiter and and viscous than both. Either the Mafia is now hijacking and adulterating Burts Bees product (expensive enough there could be some profit in it), or chlorox has cheapened its product production, or its quality control, or.... That reduction in viscosity and it coming across more watery has me concerned regarding product stability and microbial contamination. If you are going to have a product that watery, then you need to load it up with anti-microbial preservatives. The third issue with this new lot is that the product is much more cloudy that the old lot. Like either the glucosides are precipitating because there is a difference in the pH between the two lots, or that is a bacterial/fungal growth. Needless to say, I am not using this package shipment, and went out and got some Ivory soap for the kids. I buy Burts Bees because I knew the Formulator before it was sold to Chlorox, and as PCP go, this stuff was fairly good. The products coming out of Chloroxs Burts Bees, I was buying them and using them on my Children. It was that good. Whatever jackass executive is letting things slide, get rid of them, and bring back your quality product. Dont screw this brand up! Chlorox - Fix this, and fix this fast! P.S. How about for 2019, you put the ingredients for the fragrance on the label? natural fragrance is marketing BS. Give us honesty and transparency. We are all desperate to trust a product, your products. Earn our trust!
