> 3 dayI purchased for my mother because it was light weight and easier to handle than her larger canister vacuum. She was a bit intimidated by “something new and different,” I convinced her to use it more regularly. After very limited use, the vacuum no longer takes a charge and stopped working. We tried changing outlets, but same result. I am disappointed that i already stopped working after limited use.

Greater than one weekI’ve never owned a Dyson because of the obvious obnoxious retail price. I just couldn’t bring myself to spending that much on a vacuum especially after hearing some bad reviews from family that had certain models. So I saw this on an ad on Facebook and read the reviews, I always take a chance on Amazon because they are so easy going with returns if you’re not satisfied. However I doubt I’ll be returning this! I have 2 messy kids a very hairy dog and muddy paws in my house everyday, oh and 2 cats. The battery charges fast but does also lose its life quickly on the strongest suction setting which I was aware of and only need that option on my shag rug. Other then that the regular suction or second level is fine throughout the house which is wood and tile. The vacuum also has a light on the head guiding to all the extra hair and debris you didn’t think was there which is cool. I’ve used the attachments as well and they work fine. I would say the skinnier head when using it as a handheld gets a little funky if you’re using it on the strongest setting and sucking up let’s say a couch or bed it turns off after saying something is stuck. I think it’s just because it’s sucking so hard on a close surface you have to use s lighter setting or not push so hard against the surface. Also it’s an adjustment at first because while it is so light the canister top half is heavy but you get used to it. I love that it’s height adjustable, quieter then a regular vacuum and it cleans up quickly. Fits in my tiny closet and I take it around my house with ease. I also love that I feel like my house is actually getting cleaned up I can see the dirt getting sucked into the head with the light. I would buy 3 of these over a Dyson any day.

> 3 dayWe’ve had this vacuum for a few weeks now. The main problem I have with the vacuum is that you have to go over things on carpet a few times before it picks it up. Even if I have it on the highest setting. The battery dies quick, so you can’t vacuum an apartment without it dying in the middle of cleaning. For the price we paid, I feel like it should be a better vacuum. Honestly a shark or dyson would be better for the same price.

Greater than one weekVery light weight. Top heavy, so using the wall mount is handy. Battery life is less than adequate and suction dies with the battery. I suggest purchasing a second battery. Not bad for the price.

Greater than one weekSaw this in a review of the best cordless vacuums of 2023 and this was the budget category winner. Its light, easy to use, has decent battery life, and it does a great job of cleaning the floors. I have mostly hardwood so I cant speak to carpet but its amazing on hard floors. I ended up buying a second one to give my mom for her birthday. There ya go mom get busy cleaning this mess. Haha jk I did give her one though. Best bang for the buck Ive purchased in a long, long time.

> 3 day*****UPDATE 4 STAR REVIEW**** After posting my previous review, customer service messaged me offering to send me a replacement engine. I received it just as we were moving into a new home so it took a couple of weeks to unpack and put all of the pieces together. What a difference! The charge lasted longer than the original allowing me to vacuum the entire main floor of our house including kitchen, living room, master bedroom, hallways, two area rugs, and more AND it still had juice left in the battery. It’s functioning as I hoped as a lightweight vacuum that’s easy to pull out and use and replace using a messy broom. I deducted 1 star because the vacuum head doesn’t stay down and the machine signals to clean the trash bin when it’s virtually empty. It let me override the signal and keep on vacuuming until it reached max trash. Definitely pleased and very happy with customer service! *****ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW***** No one should compare this the Dyson cordless. For $150, it should work, which it doesn’t. I was able to use it twice, tag still on, until it won’t turn on with a full battery. Vacuum does not respond to the power button, no display on the screen. Dead. Yet shows a full charge when I plug in the power again. As for the two times it did turn on, the suction was comparable to picking up the same as a traditional broom. Dirt and debris still left in corners and against baseboards. Anything larger than a tic tac candy, forget it. This vacuum is an utterly regrettable purchase and will now go to the landfill because 3 months is too long to warranty a product and they won’t accept a return. Save your money and peace of mind. Do not buy this hunk of junk.
