> 3 day**Edit - I can not even begin to tell you how wonderful the customer service and support is at this company. I was frustrated as I stated below, and I know it is something I did wrong. My unit had a clog in it somewhere that I just simply couldnt find, likely because I vacuumed up something that the machine was not designed to handle thanks to my lovely four legged children. Customer service and support has been quick to respond and is sending me a replacement that should arrive today. I will make sure that I pay attention to what I am picking up with this one so I dont have another issue - again - the problem was ME not THEM but they totally took care of it for me So far it seems a bit frustrating, but I will be the first to say I am not a patient person. I seem to be spending a great deal of time taking it apart to clear the debris for the suction. Got aggravated and just got out the big vacuum and put this in the closet. Maybe later I will try again

> 3 daybrought my vacuum two months ago, and it worked great at first but isnt built for everyday use. I would vacuum cat litter and hair and out of nowhere it stopped picking up everything. But the insurance refund me fully! So get insurance

> 3 day1. It can stand up right, on its own. 2. You can connect the main brush head directly to the motor (without using the extender arm). 3. The parts are a little hard to remove for cleaning and changing attachments. 4. It does not hold much debris, so you need to empty often, but it is easy to empty. 5. The battery life and suction are perfect for small spaces. This is not the ideal vacuum for heavy duty, large scale use. 6. I love that it is cordless. I pull it out at the drop of a hat. Vacuuming is almost fun now.

> 3 dayThis thing is perfect to use for quick spot vacuuming especially for dog hair. The battery lasts a while so you do not have to continually charge it. Good suction. The canister is a little on the small side and does not hold that much. Emptying it is easy although if you remove the whole canister from the unit, it is a little tricky to re-attach it. The mountable storage/charging caddy is flimsy and I do not expect it to last very long.

> 3 dayEdit- customer service got back to me and made everything right. Recommend highly. Ordered and received my Vac Feb of this year and have only used it a few times and have charged the battery fully twice. Few weeks ago I had my battery on the charger again and it did not hold a charge. When I plug it in the charger it does light up green but the battery will not. I’ve contacted Amazon a few times and nothing became of it. On the product site it shows 12 month warranty on parts but no one has been able to help me with the process on Amazon or seller side. Just disappointing I spent money on this for it not to work after a few months. If I could I would return the whole thing in a heartbeat. The Dyson dupe got me for sure.

> 3 dayThis product is lightweight and has plenty of power. The dirt container is small and fills up very fast. I have a non-shedding dog and now I see how much he sheds. The dirt container has a flexible rubber piece that supposedly keeps the dirt from the motor. I have had to bend reach behind it to empty the container. I like it, but it is also one more battery to charge. I dont have that many outlets in my 1400 sq ft house.

> 3 daySuper easy to use. Very good suction with little decline in performance a the battery runs down. Bought a spare battery to use just in case, but have never needed it. Much easier and faster than tossing a vacuum cleaner cord out of the way all the time.

> 3 dayWe’ve had this vacuum for a few weeks now. The main problem I have with the vacuum is that you have to go over things on carpet a few times before it picks it up. Even if I have it on the highest setting. The battery dies quick, so you can’t vacuum an apartment without it dying in the middle of cleaning. For the price we paid, I feel like it should be a better vacuum. Honestly a shark or dyson would be better for the same price.
