I loved it so much I didnt want to put it down ! It is lightweight and quiet and the light on the front makes it so you dont miss any dirt to vacuum up ! Not sure why I didnt buy this one sooner !!!

I liked it at first and worked really well but only charged once and then it didn’t charge again. I called the customer service number and they game me a replacement battery but the same thing happened. Not worth the money for only a couple uses Update:so the customer support reached out to help with the problem. They sent a new charger and I just received it today and it works great, hopefully it will last

I love how light weight this vacuum is and how well it performs on all surfaces. I had a faulty battery (just didn’t hold a charge long), and I reached out to the company. They responded very quickly and have sent me a replacement. Great customer service!

I did not rate very high I guess in all fairness; because I was using a Dyson v4 ( had over 6 years ) cost about 4 times as much as this one and you really get what you pay for .doesn’t seem to be as easy to push and doesn’t seems to vacuum up near as good . Doesn’t do so well on the little thicker rugs. Just my opinion

brought my vacuum two months ago, and it worked great at first but isnt built for everyday use. I would vacuum cat litter and hair and out of nowhere it stopped picking up everything. But the insurance refund me fully! So get insurance

I got this to vacuum my apartment. We dont have nay fancy carpet but it also not that doctors office waiting room carpet either. its right in the middle when it comes to thickness. It does NOT work on the carpet at all. it could barely pick up my cat food and when i put it on the highest setting for suction, not only could it not pick up the cat food but it died trying. it just pushed everything around and spread everything out.maybe this is meant for barefloor and if it is, they should not advertise is as being able to do carpet as well because thats not the case with this thing at all. the pros are, its ridiculously lightweight, and super slim so it can fit almost anywhere easily. but as far as using it on carpet, i say absolutely not

This thing is great for picking up the small pieces and dust off the floor and furniture. I wish the battery lasted a little longer but that it it struggling when it takes in larger items is my only complaint. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a vacuum for a house with no carpet.

Bought it but was a little nervous about a vacuum without a cord, ended up returning it. Customer service messaged me & is sending me another one to give another try. I’m am so grateful and excited! When I had tried it originally it was great!

Didnt give 5 stars because the floor brush tends to lift up from the floor.

Those vac is fantastic and easy to use, will purchase again
