Good quality drinking water hose that leaves no taste in the water. This is my 3rd hose from Camco. I have the 50 foot hose and the 10 foot hose and now the 25 foot hose. You never know how far you will be from the water source at a campground. I like the larger diameter for the increased water flow. It is a little harder to roll up due to its thicker wall diameter but that also helps it from getting kinks in it or getting damaged when laying out on the gravel of a campsite. UPDATE 7/24/16 After using this hose multiple times it has gotten kinks in it as I roll it up. I have to fully unroll it and work on each of the kinks to get it straightened out. I have gone back to using the lighter weight white hose by Camco for daily travels. I still use the blue one at my seasonal campsite where it stays connected a month at a time. The white light weight one is better when you are traveling and connecting/disconnecting/rolling up on a daily basis.

Why was asked for its flavor? We it taste like a water hose. Please dont ask how I know what a hose taste like. Used to be in prison!

Very thick, as stated. A good thing I am sure, but also very stiff. The end connections were tight with no leakage, but very difficult to connect/disconnect. We had to use pliers, and it took a great amount of time to connect and disconnect from water source. I am sure it will get broken in, but my husband named it (and I cant type in that name!) :0. I am thinking coconut oil might help around the metal fitting lip, away from water flow. Anyone e else have this issue? Did it improve with use?

This is a nice RV hose. The fittings are heavy duty and high quality. Most other fresh water hoses have cheap fittings, which lead to leaks, extra work and frustration. The hose is made out of a harder plastic, which seems to like being unrolled without twisting. Ive had it hooked up to city water for years now without issue. That said, if you want to roll and unroll it often, it may be a source of frustration. The hose is nice and pliable when left in the sun and warm, but if its full of water and cold, it will stubbornly hold its shape and be extremely difficult to roll and unroll.

I bought this hose to use for the fresh water connection to my travel trailer. I got the blue just to be different from folks who buy white. The hose is really well made. I doubt it will ever fail me...especially since I have a pressure reducer that I put between it and the RV park supply hose bib. However, the hose is pretty stiff. It is not so bad during hot weather, but during our mild Florida winters, it is difficult to roll up enough to stash in a plastic container for storage under the trailer. I have had to bring it inside my house when I returned from a trip and let it warm up so that I could coil it properly for storage.

I have only used this a couple of times but it has worked great so far. I recommend having another length in case you need a longer run and an orange one to use to clean out the sewer lines and accessories as you would not want to use your fresh water hose for that and it would be easy to identify.

No issues out of box. No kinks. I have been on several outings now and the only mistake I have made was purchasing the 25 foot instead of the 50 foot hose. I just ordered the second hose.

I searched Outdoor hot water hose and this hose was number 21 of resulting products. Looks like a good quality hose, but small footnote underneath the product label says Not designed for use with hot water. Bought this to deliver hot water from a portable water heater to an outdoor shower. When the hose got a kink on my first use, I started reading the fine print. I scoured the item description online and theres nothing that says Not designed for use with hot water. Such a simple disclaimer that would have saved me time, delays and frustration and saved money for the company. Now theyre paying for return shipping and wasted resources to repackage/restock/reship. So easy to just include complete packaging pictures. Shame, shame.

Super hose, the ends are really heavy duty, and easy to grip and attach and the tension relief spring is a nice added touch. The hose if very flexible, it didnt seem to have any coil memory even on the first use. I uncoiled it fully, laid it out straight and put some water pressure through it and it laid perfectly flat. I will buy this brand again if I need a longer hose or replacement, but it should last for many years.

One freeze and it cracked and broke the hose in multiple places.
