> 24 hourThe title just about says it all. The quality of this printer is fine. Ive owned many printers in my life, but this is by far the biggest ink hog I have ever had.

> 24 hourHave had this printer for about a year. Worked well enough until we upgraded Mac operating system to Snow Leopard OSX 10.6.2 - then things started to go wrong. Printer required new driver download and still wont print accurately. Print preview shows documents in correct format, but printer spins an extra blank page and wont print text with correct spacing from letterhead. Also encounter other problems with Mac/Pixma interface, but wont detail them all. Dont know if problems are caused by Snow Leopard or Canon. Apparently they are not made for each other. Gobbles ink, but it printed nicely until the Canon/Mac interface failed.

> 24 hourDO NOT FORGET CABLE! Youll need it and Amazon has a 6ft. Belkin for less than $5.00 with free shipping. You will pay over $20.00 for the same cable at the office supply stores. I checked. Using the EASY button is expensive. The print quality and color is excellent. This is an outstanding printer for the price which is actually less than two sets of cartridges. It takes longer than I expected to warm up. There is no SLEEP mode. It is either on or off. During the warm up period, unless it is in QUIET mode, it sounds like an angry raccoon trapped in a utility closet and will cause every cat in the house to flee for their lives. QUIET mode is a permanent setting around here. It is stylish and compact. The LED command console provides clear and concise controls for stand-alone copying. A good value and a dependable brand make this a great buy.

> 24 hourPros: This printer is very good and easy to use. Cons: The MP480 printer is a Slot machine because the refilled ink cartridge could not be used. This printer would NOT scan or do anything else if the ink cartridge is empty. And it works only with BRAND NEW ink cartridge.

> 24 hourI just using it as a scanner. It has the best function Ive never seen before which can scanner a book as one pdf fire and just using one button.

> 24 hourThe price of this printer is way too expensive and the build quality very cheap and it has very limited features. This unit is not Bluetooth ready. You will need to buy the adapter that can be purchased for $50.00!!!!! I returned to Amazon for a full refund.

> 24 hourPros: Pretty good printer for the price. I needed an inexpensive printer with a small footprint to take along on RV trips and this one fits the bill. Price for ink is OK. Excellent copy funtion and very good scanning. Photo printing is OK but not as good as my MP610 with individual ink tanks and 1 picoliter print head. Cons: Looks like a roaster oven. No individual ink tanks for color. Very noisy. Construction a bit flimsy but fit and finish is good, like all Canon products.

> 24 hourIm not kidding! This is the best little printer Ive ever seen. I previously owned a Dell. It was several years old, and the print jobs were just not up to par anymore. I ordered this one, and when I printed the first pictures, I couldnt believe it. I wish I had ordered it sooner.

> 24 hourI like my printer very much. The quality of print is great and color is excellent. It does a good job on envelopes including feeding multiple envelopes. It does seem to use a lot of ink, but I guess thats the price you pay for the quality printing.
