Cardinal Gates Kids Edge Large Fireplace Pad Kit, Brown

I bought these to keep our new Grand Daughter safe. Many years ago our daughter was learning to walk, fell and hit her forehead on our fireplace hearth resulting in 60 stitches! I am pretty impressed with the density and protective qualities of this product. Easy to measure and trim and adhesion is good enough to last until she is beyond the danger zone age. Were happy, shes safe!!!

I like this product very much. My only wish is that the section come longer for larger brick fireplaces & with a shorter corner piece for 3rd corner connections.

Easy to install and cut to fit! The padding is thick and would definitely protect babe’s head! I had extra to do the two side corners too. I love how well it blends in. We went with brown.

These are easy to install and they cut easily, as well. The tape holds them in place very well. The color was a perfect match for our hearth. We feel safer about our littlest grandson playing in the room now.

I have been searching for this products for 3 months. It fit perfectly and stays in place for son’s toddler. The 4 year old pulled it off once but it stuck easily back on. The 12 month old is protected. I have extra velcro adhesives i purchased but have not had to use them. Would definitely recommend

I really like this product. It has protected our babys head and chin on many occasions. The adhesive is strong enough to hold on our brick hearth, even when our baby uses it as a handle to pull up on. I would recommend this for anyone wanting to keep their baby from injury from the fireplace hearth.

We wanted something to protect our son from the bricks on our fireplace that didn’t look ridiculous. My husband found this product and it’s exactly what we were looking for. It’s a nice foam with adhesive on the back. You can purchase different colors. The only issue with the install is that you have to cut the foam and it’s kind of hard to cut it straight because it’s squishy. My husband found it easier to cut from the outside than the inside. Overall it came out great and we would recommend this product to anyone.
