Classic Messenger Bag - Durable, Water-Resistant, fits 13, 15, 17 Laptop

Arrived on time. Outstanding quality. However I may need to purchase a larger size due to the fact that I am always stuffing it as full as possible.

Ive only had this messenger bag for a few days, but I love it! I take it to work and it both looks professional and is very functional. Its also much more comfortable to wear than over-the-shoulder bags. I really love that this model is made from recycled materials too!

Really cute design and a well made bag. Only complaint is that I wish there were more or different sizes in the compartments and pockets.

Ill start off by saying that I recently bought last years model of this same bag in medium. Once I saw this new bag with the different features I thought Sure, lets try it out. However, I found that the medium bag I had before was massive! I had a ton of extra room in it after fitting in all my stuff. I decided on ordering the small this time and if I didnt like it, I would simply return it. But just to be safe, I ordered a medium as well. So here I sit with three different Timbuk2 bags. Here are my thoughts on the small and medium 2014 bags.

A few years ago, I bought a smaller version of the Timbuk2 messenger bag and loved it. Then I outgrew the smaller size. For a number of years after that, I tried all sorts of bags, and even cannibalized purses from Goodwill, trying to find something that would work for me, since I like to carry a PlannerPad, a composition notebook, a small camera, along with a wallet and phone. I realized that I missed the Timbuk2 messenger bag and bought the next larger size and I love it! I like that there is Velcro under the flap, so that if the bag tips over, nothing falls out. I like that the flap protects my stuff from rain and theft. I like how tough the material is. I like how easy it is to adjust the strap length. I love this bag.

I have been using this bag for 4 months. I love this Bag. Its the first messenger bag ive owned and I use it every day. My first worry was that the size was going to be too much. I was wrong, the size is a definite advantage. Im am able to carry my laptop, charger, thermos, teaching supplies, lunch, and everything else i will need for the day. Not only can i carry everything i need, i can keep them organized. The strap, when tightened all the way, is extremely comfortable. This bag is clearly expensive, but its worth the cost. This bag is even better for spending a weekend away from home (at least as a guy that packs minimally). Im able to fit in all the clothes I need for the weekend including pants, shirts, sundries, etc. If you plan on relying heavily on a bag, then you should not hesitate to buy this one.

Timbuk2 makes fantastic bags! This small bag is big enough to carry your essentials. Very nice deep color.
