> 24 hourIts hard to know if these devices were used before I got them, maybe something someone else returned, or if they were just packed poorly. They come in a fairly lightweight glossy-paper-board box, and that box was shipped by Amazon in an unpadded plastic envelope, the consistency of a decent garbage bag. The result is that the retail box was close to destroyed and the 2 devices had been banging around in the envelope. They work fine so far, and since they are plugged into outlets at near ground level, the scratches on them are not that obvious. It is not worth trying to return them, but I find it annoying that I pay for something new, but it looks poor when I get it. They paired almost instantly with my zigbee hub, and the built-in repeater function works well. Adding one between my hub and the front door has helped to make my zigbee lock more reliable.

> 24 hourI bought a bunch of different versions that claimed to work with Samsung Smartthings. They either didnt work or required an additional intermediary app. These ones however, worked perfect with Smartthings.

> 24 hourI am using Home Assistant on my home sever, I used these to automate my reptile tanks. Install was of course easy, linking to Home Assistant was very easy and it picked them right up. I am purchasing 3 more packs of two for other tanks and some other things I want control over.

> 24 hourNot too expensive. I assume they have to pay licensing fees for Zigbee use. But I chose these over plain WiFi types because I prefer general capability to use with things like now defunct Iris or deserving to be defunct SmartThings etc. hubs. These devices paired to the SmartThings hub in seconds while Samsung’s own devices are a nightmare to pair. They instantly were noticed by Alexa and work great daily. Longevity I cannot comment on at present. But I’m ordering the 4-pack of these now.

> 24 hourSwitch integrated quickly into my deconz / phoscon / HomeSeer setup. Good response times and works as a zigbee repeater. Also using the hue dimmer switch to control them in my setup.

> 24 hourGreat buy. They are easy to integrate with Home Assistant (ZHA - ConBee II) and they act as Zigbee repeaters. I am using them to replace the TPLink Kasa ones that require Wifi to work! Zigbee is so much better! They pair instantly, they switch on and off instantly (no internet lag) and they still work when internet is down. Plastic quality seems good but I still do not know about the life of this product. I will update the review after about a year. Also the do not report consumption, like the TPLink ones.

> 24 hourI bought a bunch of these about a year ago and they worked fine. However, recently theyve started to fail. So far, three have failed. They no longer respond to commands and cant even be operated from the switch on the unit itself. These are not a good deal in the long run.

> 24 hourThe smart plugs are being used for old Lamps. With the amazon ones I am not able to fit 2 in a socket but these are great. Wonderful product, easy to use and easy to set up
