Teeth felt smooth after first use

Toothpaste has a clean peppermint taste. Hopefully, it is working on the plaque build-up. Time will tell! Great idea and packaged well. Goes great with Colgate toothbrush

I used this past first time today. It does foam a lot and the breath is extremely clean right after brushing and in fact it does neutralize bad breath. But the anti plaque effect cant be said as its too early. Ive been using arm and hammer baking soda toothpaste for years and thats proven one -- whitens teeth, and neutralizes odor. But its much cheaper than this and tube size is double. But some tartar still forms. Not much but little. The anti plaque effect is really why I bought this and I hope it works UPDATE: After 2 months of using this toothpaste, I can confirm that no new plaque has ever been seen and my teeth are whiter. The best thing I like about this toothpaste is that your breath remains super fresh for hours and hours later. I have never seen that with any other toothpaste. I used arm and hammer advanced white prior to switching to this and the fresh breath didnt last this long ever. This is an amazing toothpaste

One thing I can say that is very positive about this toothpaste is that it really cleans. Actually feels like the foam continues to clean after you have stopped brushing. What I do not like about this toothpaste is that it is really harsh. If you have sensitive teeth and gums, this may not be a good choice for you. Normally stannous fluoride helps with sensitivity. Could be that this is coupled with harsh detergents. I am not sure. I really wish that national brands would market toothpaste without SLS and such strong mint flavor. Of course, I could buy a natural brand of toothpaste, but they often do not provide fluoride. I wish there was more middle ground.

Gives a lasting fresh breath.

There are a lot of whitening products out there and a lot of them are from brands Ive never heard of ... made in China and/or with little regulation to navigate the ingredients. With Colgate, I take comfort in knowing that this is a brand trusted for decades and unable to escape the scrutiny of regulators. I had never tried a whitening product except older types of very grainy toothpastes that my dentists didnt recommend as they tend to be too harsh on the tooths enamel in her opinion. This product is different. Very smooth texture and almost magical in its performance. I noticed almost immediate results with this product. Certainly within a week, my teeth were significantly whiter. Ive never been a smoker, but do indulge in espressos, which doesnt do wonders for the color of your teeth. I will buy this product again despite the higher price tag.
