Colgate Total Plaque Pro Release Whitening Toothpaste, 1 Pack, 3.0 Oz Tube

The mint is way to strong...they need to make a milder version... wintergreen would be nice...the foaming action is nice...my teeth feel really clean...it is a good product...a little pricey...

Packaging is a little questionable. I had to have help to get the little foil seal off of the toothpaste hole. Not exactly frustration free for old folks. In retrospect I could have just shoved a pencil point down into the tip.

Works...satisfied. The flavor is extremely strong I use a tiny amount.

I typically use Colgate products on my teeth and consider them a brand I can trust. The Colgate Total Plaque Pro Release seems to be another great offering from them! The flavor is a nice, strong mint and the freshness feeling it produces after brushing lasts for a long after you brush. It says it offers 24 hours of antibacterial protection - which I really have no way of proving whether it does or not, but its a great bonus and will go a long way for helping fight bad breath if its killing all the bacteria that helps create it for that long. At $9 for a 3oz bottle, I think it is on the pricey side but they offer it in a whitening version too so that is the one I would go for next. With the combination of the two I could definitely justify spending a little extra to keep my teeth whitened and my gums healthy and plaque free. I do like this toothpaste and the feeling it leaves in my mouth. Its a very nice toothpaste and its a pretty cool looking tube too.

It is powerful in its flavor but seems to be doing the trick as I have a problem with plaque and get my teeth professionally cleaned ever 3 months.

I’d give it 5 stars but I have only been using a month. Teeth feel polished, like right after dental cleaning.

I didn’t grow up in the era of fluoride and good dental care visits so I’ve had to play catch up as an adult. I’m a long time user of Colgate products, especially their gum health specialty lines, ever since my dentist sent me home with their samples. A combination of regular dental visits, frequent brushing, and good oral care has allowed me to keep my natural teeth healthy now. The Total Plaque Pro Release is yet another great product in the Colgate line. I ordered the fresh mint flavor (not too overwhelming) paste in the 3 ounce size, not the whitening formula. Directions say to apply a one inch strip of the product which dissolved into a fun fest of foam for me. I had it sliding down my chin, but I hope to get better at brushing with this formula as time goes on. I can truly appreciate that it was going everywhere though, including into all the hard to reach cracks and crevices of the teeth. When this tube is finished, I’ll be looking into the whitening version. I think it did a great job and I recommend!

The toothpaste delivered what is promised.

I did not see any improvements using this toothpaste.
