> 3 dayA little will do. Packs a big punch. Teeth feels really clean. I use an electric toothbrush and just after one brushing feels almost like a dental cleaning. Has a very strong minty flavor. So far I totally recommend. Small tube but like I said it just takes a little to get the job done.
