> 24 hourThis product was exactly what I needed. My toilet seat constantly slid to one side and I would end up touching cold porcelain, or holding my legs really tense so that the seat wouldnt slip. So very annoying. I tried tightening the bolts a few times but they would just loosen again within weeks. Then I found this - perfection! I installed just one clip, which worked since my seat only slid to one side. (if yours slides to either side, you will need to install both.) Problem solved! I did need to use my drill to drill a small hole in the wooden seat before I could put in the screws. but overall it took less than 10 minutes. Well worth it. I highly recommend it.

> 24 hourI purchased these after having search for them on Amazon under various different headings unsuccessfully, but finally came across them accidentally I had used them before, so I knew that they would work, but above pic is this product installed. This product helps to prolong the luf if your toilet seat by putting less strain on your toilet hinges. They are also helpful for comfort & safety, particularly for elderly or disabled people. Can be bought as single pair or set if two pairs ( more economical ) & definitely recommend as they are not always easy to find to purchase.

> 24 hourWe were replacing toilet seats every year or so, because they would break near the hinges from people moving around on the seat. I dont remember how I stumbled on these a few years ago, but theyve been a godsend. What a simple, great invention! No more loose, distracting seating. No more broken hinges. As such, I think its safe and accurate to say these not only benefit your pocketbook, but also your health. When we are sitting on the toilet, we need to be able to concentrate on the task at hand and not be distracted by loose toilet seats. For what they are, these are pretty expensive at five dollars a set. But for the idea itself, and how easy it is to install, and how well it does the job, the dollar trade-off is worth it. Also, taking into consideration the money saved by not having to replace broken toilet seats anymore, one comes to the realization that there are some things in life you just cant put a dollar value on.

> 24 hourYou won’t need these until your seat twists and won’t tighten up enough to prevent shifting. These are cheaper than a new seat and work wonderfully.

> 24 hourI got the double set for two toilet seats. One of them has some contour to it, so these would not fit properly. The other toilet seat was straight and these fit great. They work if you dont have a fancy seat.

> 24 hourI installed these on my toilet seat some months ago and the seat is now stable and steady, even though the integrity of the seat hinges had already failed (likely due to certain of my physical characteristics which wont be detailed here). Not only do they work, the installation, while a little more involved than opening a can of beans, was still much easier than I expected. It was not necessary to remove the toilet seat, there is no measuring required, nor do you have to use templates. All you need are the two rubber bands which are included in the kit, along with a drill and screwdriver. I even wrote the company to complement them on the innovative installation method. PRO: - They work really well. - Installation is much simpler than I expected. CON: - Your own tools are required: a drill and Phillips screwdriver. - Likely wont work on thin seats or some novelty seats. TIP: - Be cautious with the drill so as not to push all the way through the seat.

> 24 hourI dont normally discuss bathroom issues, but it is very unnerving to slide sideways while taking care of business. This is a very handy invention for modern society. After going through several toilet seats, and getting tired of slipping and sliding off my perch, I knew that there had to be a better way. Why toilet seat manufacturers do not include seat stabilizers, I will never know; but I am sure that in some unrecognizable way, this invention has saved my life. The installation of these Safe-T-Bumpers was a little finicky, however it was not difficult. It is best to start with a clean or new toilet seat, and connect the bumpers to the toilet seat with the included rubber band. Next, set the seat down on the toilet bowl and adjust the bumpers so they sit within the bowl. Finally you can lift the seat, and permanently attach the Safe-T-Bumpers with the included screws, as long as you dont drop a screw in the water! (You can still attach with that screw, but you may get a little wet) After using this product, I have not had to purchase another toilet seat, or tighten the bolts connecting the seat. A recommended purchase for every household.

> 24 hourSeriously. Why arent all toilet seats equipped with these? I have had to replace multiple toliet seats as they become damaged from shifting side to side with use --no amount of bolt tightening seemed to help. I have friend with mobility issues who was legitimately afraid of using the toilet at my house because the seat slid. I finally had it after my latest $50 solid wood toilet seat started sliding too (and the seat portion began ripping away from the lid!). I had never realized there was a product like this but I am so glad I found it. It was very easy to install-- the package comes with rubber bands to help with placement and to hold them on while you attach them with screws. The seat is perfectly stable now. My guests can pee (or whatever) securely now and forever. Thank you.
