We were replacing toilet seats every year or so, because they would break near the hinges from people moving around on the seat. I dont remember how I stumbled on these a few years ago, but theyve been a godsend. What a simple, great invention! No more loose, distracting seating. No more broken hinges. As such, I think its safe and accurate to say these not only benefit your pocketbook, but also your health. When we are sitting on the toilet, we need to be able to concentrate on the task at hand and not be distracted by loose toilet seats. For what they are, these are pretty expensive at five dollars a set. But for the idea itself, and how easy it is to install, and how well it does the job, the dollar trade-off is worth it. Also, taking into consideration the money saved by not having to replace broken toilet seats anymore, one comes to the realization that there are some things in life you just cant put a dollar value on.

Having a husband who is larger than most the seat of our toilet(s) tend to loosen and slide to one side. These little stablizers prevent that problem. We are so happy to have a found a product that does what it says!

If you hate when you sit down on your toilet and the lids slides a little bit and no matter how many times you tighten the bolts it keeps happening, then youll love this! easy to install and never again to you have to worry about tighten your screws anymore or the toilet seat moving at all. they came fast and just as described. Im physically challenged wheelchair bound. I used to fall all the time trying to transfer from my chair to the toilet because the seat would always slide when trying to sit. I put this device on my toilet and no more fall. Im so happy I found it.

After complications from a knee replacement, it put a lot of stress on toilet seats. I had to replace the seat every few months no matter how much I spent on the seat. A plumber friend suggested Safe-T-Bumpers and said it would likely solve the problem. I cant believe how they have helped, how inexpensive they were and how easy they were to install. Works only on wooden toilet seat, cheaply made, not worth the price not returnable. I discarded them.

Bought 2 packs, 1 of the bumpers was softer than the other 3. When tightening screw, it dug into the plastic. It will not affect performance, but may make repositioning difficult if I ever need to do that, or remove and re-use it on another toilet seat. My brother sits sideways on the toilet so he can face the sink and smoke, and now he can do that without the seat cover shifting. Also, I shouldve bought these when Amazon had these as free-shipping add-ons because I paid $7.24 each, after shipping charges added, which was more than the cost of the seat theyre attached to. I see they are now available for as low as $2.68 + $2 shipping, or $5.02 as an add-on item, a much better price for these.

After moving into a new house, we replaced all toilet seats with brand new, higher quality seats. However, our guest toilet seat kept sliding no matter what we did (tightened bolts, got another new seat, etc.). These were EXACTLY what we needed and fixed the problem. I no longer have to worry about the seat sliding or moving while our guests (or us) use the restroom. So nice to mark one more thing of the ongoing to-do list that comes along with homeownership.
