We were replacing toilet seats every year or so, because they would break near the hinges from people moving around on the seat. I dont remember how I stumbled on these a few years ago, but theyve been a godsend. What a simple, great invention! No more loose, distracting seating. No more broken hinges. As such, I think its safe and accurate to say these not only benefit your pocketbook, but also your health. When we are sitting on the toilet, we need to be able to concentrate on the task at hand and not be distracted by loose toilet seats. For what they are, these are pretty expensive at five dollars a set. But for the idea itself, and how easy it is to install, and how well it does the job, the dollar trade-off is worth it. Also, taking into consideration the money saved by not having to replace broken toilet seats anymore, one comes to the realization that there are some things in life you just cant put a dollar value on.

So far, these are amazing! I admit, I was reluctant at first due to some of the reviews. We recently replaced both toilets & no matter what we tried, we couldnt keep the seats from slipping. I installed these stabilizers about 2 weeks ago & everyone is much happier.

Bought for my elderly mother after asking her maintenance several times to secure her toilet seat. Everytime she sits down it slides from side to side and starting to slide backwards. They couldnt seem to get her seat secure for more than a day or two. I went to Amazon searching for a solution and I found it!! This stabilizer came with rubber bands which was an ingenious way for them to guide customers of all skill levels (including none) how to properly attach. I had them on within 5 minutes and they completely secure the seat from sliding. Its been over 2 months since I placed the stabilizers on her seat and she hasnt had any sliding. 100% satisfied and I am ordering one for myself tonight!

Used these to help secure the toilet seats at the house. My spouse and MiL are disabled and unsteady on their feet. When the seats get loose and slide it makes it hard for them to get up. Super easy to install and its been months with no problems!

Install with a modicum of care, the seat is absolutely motionless laterally. Clear instructions, easy to install. I had not expected to have to use tools. For some reason I had the impression it was done with adhesives. But its minimal (two holes to drill, I think it was) and Im actually glad it has that stronger attachment. Price is great - I ordered two so there would be an extra one in case the plastic fails in time. I cant believe I dealt with having the seat wobble and crash for so long, when there was such an easy fix.

The instructions say to use rubber bands but honestly that made it harder for me. I was able to install these easily otherwise. No more holding on for dear life while sliding in the middle of the night! Such an affordable and great solution. Very happy!
