Absolutely love this mouse. I use it for both a mac and PC, with a USB switch allowing me to quickly change from one to the other, and it is a pleasure to use for all my daily work.

I love this mouse for the shape! I had previously broke my hand, the width of this mouse is comfortable for 10 hour day holding it!

Its an imperfect product by anyones standards. However, it performs well, weighs nothing, and feels very comfortable. Cant fingertip it with small hands. Wouldnt recommend it for palm at all, either. Claw grip should work for a wide range of hands. Fingertip will work for hands medium and (probably) up. I have hands on the smaller side of medium and get high scores in aim trainers while fingertipping this thing. Best build quality? No. Stock grips? Meh. Usable. But the price and performance are top notch. This mouse is rated as the number one ultralight mouse on rtings.com, and there are reasons for it- namely the click latency and weight. The feet and cable get my approval, too. Clicks are dull and light. Thats common for optical switches. You trade that for decreased latency. At least thats how it is until optical switches improve (Edit: Razer has achieved mechanical-like feeling in their optical switches). My copy has occasional creaking in mouse 1, but the price/performance ratio is so great I have to let it slide. This mouse needs no upgrades and has been on sale for $35. Its not the most solid because of how light it is, but if this shape works for you, youre going to like it. I did adjust this from a 5 to 4-star review, however, because I do question the long-term durability. Plus the clicks could be snappier. Razers V2 optical switches feel like mechanical switches and the Viper Mini is cheaper than this mouse. I still really enjoy the MM720 and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is interested in this kind of shape. This is coming from someone who almost strictly used symmetrical mice until I got this one.

Ive used a lot of mice for a long time. Gaming, programming, work, life... revolve around a computer. For gaming I often had a many buttoned programmable mouse with adjustable weights but this would tend to lead to major hand fatigue when programming without taking time to remove all the weights. I have been very happy with some cooler master components in my personal PC so when I saw this on prime day I took a chance on it and have been very happy. It looks awesome with the honey comb and internal lighting. The cord is great and it feels like one of the lightest mice Ive used even over cheap OEM ones while this one feels very well made. Its definitely my primary mouse now only replaced when playing mmo/rpgs where I really want a lot of buttons.

Works great, very comfortable to use, glides well. Cord doesnt seem to get in the way like some wired mice. As long as you dont need wireless, I highly recommend this mouse.

This is my favorite mouse Ive ever used. Super lightweight, shape fits like a glove (very underrated IMO) and my aim in FPS feels sharp as ever. Cable is also one of the best stock Ive ever used and makes it feel wireless without the added latency. Now the problem is Cooler Masters quality control is notoriously pretty bad. Ive went through many CM mice and they either had a creaky shell or developed mushy buttons in less than 6 months of use. I only got lucky with one glossy MM720. CM has you covered for a replacement but dont be surprised if it still has the same problems as the one you sent back. If you win the lottery and get a unit from a good batch, this is easily in the Top 3 of gaming mice as long as the shape works for you. Good luck.

Ive been using my current mouse for almost 20 months now. Everything still works perfectly. Now that the price is like half of what I originally bought it for, Im going to be getting a second one to replace the cheap Talon Blu gaming mouse that I was using for my work. That other mouse developed the double click problem thats common with the Omron switches some number of years ago. To be fair, Ive been using that other mouse for about 9 years now, so not bad for a $20 mouse.

Excellent mouse. If there were a wireless version this would be my main. For me I perform best in gaming scenarios with this mouse and the Viper Ultimate. This mouse is excellent for smaller hands, for average hands that prefer a claw grip, or (in my case) for hands that are wider than average. The right side of the mouse has this rest duvet that makes using it an actual pleasure. In addition it’s insanely light for those of you who are into the ultra-light fad. Clicks feel great and side buttons are easy to hit but not too easy. No accidental clicks. The wire is paracord quality out of the box. The feet are great, but do need some break in because of the hard edges. You won’t need to replace with third party skates. AND they give you an extra pair with the mouse. The matte coating feels good. Not the best but surprisingly adequate. Price to performance, nothing beats this.

Not going to blather on about specs and all that nonsense, just gonna say... This mouse is amazing. (at first..) I have been on a mice collecting spree for awhile now and I just snagged this sucker up even though I told myself I was done buying wired mice. The praise for its shape was just too good to pass up and I figured it was different enough to justify adding it to my collection. Lemme tell ya this thing is as comfortable as has been said by many reviewers. -The light weight makes it so snappy, yet the grip allows for so much control. - I would also like to point out the stock cord that comes with it is great. It is basically like having a shoestring on the mouse and it is very unnoticeable (Very nice to see as a standard cable, more mouse-makers need to take note) -The clicks are all snappy and responsive, with nice comfort groves for your fingers to rest. They are a little weak sounding but we want function over sound and thats what you get here. My only major complaint (aside from there not being a wireless version) is the side buttons are a little small. Not as bad as the Razer Viper Ultimate and they do protrude a bit more, but they could have been better. (Check out the side buttons on the Roccat Burst COOLER MASTER. Those are proper side buttons!) Anyways... If the shape interests you, dont hesitate, treat your hands to this wonderful mouse it is worthy of being your go-to fragging tool. Edit: After using this mouse for only a few weeks the M1+2 clicks develop a noticeable squeak/creak due to the weak plastic used for the switch covers which also have a lot of flex. There is no wobble or Post-pretravel and the clicks are still responsive, but the material is without a doubt very weak/cheap. I ended up getting myself a Hyper X Pulsefire Haste which is also a Lightweight-Honeycomb design, it weighs 59g (10 more than this, still lightweight enough) and costing only $50 as well and I gotta say... The Pulsefire Haste destroys the MM720 when it comes to build/material quality for the pricepoint. The M1+2 clicks are so much more satisfying and actually made strong with 0 flex. HyperX did not cheap out on the clicks like CoolerMaster did. Now this may seem like Im trying to sell you on a Hyper X Pulsefire Haste instead of the MM720, but Im not... (Though you should try out the Haste, Best $50 out of the box mouse on the market... Just sayin) ....because the CoolerMasterMM720 is a very unique mouse shape and I love it and am sure you will too if you are interested in the shape, but I definitely feel Cooler Master could take a page out of HyperXs playbook when it comes to actually building a proper endgame mouse that does not sacrifice in build quality just to be lightweight. I very much hope CoolerMaster will make a V2 of the MM720 that sees refinements to the overall build. Until then, this mouse is not actually meeting its full potential and it is a shame because the shape is truly great. Seriously, CoolerMaster if you ever read this. The MM720 could easily be the perfect endgame mouse for many if you guys would dump some major love into it. Im talking Final Mouse Mouse of the Gods level of love. -Make it wireless -Same weight range 47-55g -Magnesium Alloy structure I would gladly pay $150-$200 for this mouse.

The MM720 is a lightweight take on a legendary, fan favorite gaming mouse, combining classic performance with modern sensibilities. An ultralight honeycomb shell in a familiar ergonomic, balanced design reduces the total weight by nearly half without compromising on durability. An innovative new ultraweave cable drastically reduces cable snag while RGB illumination makes sure all your kills get highlighted. Additionally, the gaming-grade optical sensors and switches have been upgraded to ensure top-tier performance for years to come. Lightweight and legendary, this mouse fits like a glove and packs a punch over the rest of the competition.
