***UPDATE*** THE SELLER CONTACTED ME TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND REPLACED THE DEFECTED PIECE OF LUGGAGE!! We have used the 2 smaller suitcases with no issues. The first time we used the large suitcase the seams with the zipper have started to separate from the suitcase!

We do a LOT of travel, by plane and ship, so our bags are handled by a lot of people who dont care if it gets there in one piece. And mine is ALWAYS chosen randomly by TSA - meaning your zippers are at risk. Hubby wasnt as pleased, since we have a room full of luggage. But I felt it was worth trying new since we lose a bag every few trips. These intrigued me for their covered corners, thats how they usually ruin our bags, crushing the corners. It works! Weve done 6 cross country flights, 4 more 2-4 hr flights, 1 flight to Dubai with a cruise that got cut off to South Africa for Covid and a flight home from there. But it was our last, 4 leg cross county flight that killed one of the bags. And it wasnt a corner. It was a zipper and wheel, which tells me the airline had some guilt. But I took pictures, sent them to Coolife and within HOURS got a response with choices I could make. I found those choices reasonable. Some might prefer that the replacement I chose be from the same set, which it is not. They dont break up the sets. It doesnt bother me. All in all, response time is fantastic. Choices given are very reasonable. Customer service reps are very helpful and polite. How could you go wrong? Plus I really like the looks of this set on the carousel...very easy to spot that pattern from others, even in the gray. Mine is the Darker Blue, his is the Reg Gray, which is really quite dark gray, hard to tell from some of the blacks on the carousel so the pattern is nice.

I thought this would be heavy with the clamshell vs. cloth suitcases. Boy I am wrong. This is great, its handed 15 days on the road with a new stop every night or two. Use the top half of the clamshell or youre missing out. This suitcase can hold so much! Fast shipping, good packaging, good quality. Highly recommend.

The luggage arrived on time (within two days of order date). It appears to be well made. I haven’t used it yet. However, I’ll be using it soon and will follow up at that time.

Bought this set in April 2021. The lock on the largest bag has stopped working. Can’t unlock it. One of the 2 prongs that lock it is stuck. Disappointed. Other than the lock not working anymore it was a good set of luggage

I looked at so many different luggage sets before making a purchase. I thought this was a more solid material than it is. The luggage looks nice. However on my flight from Tampa to Las Vegas on the layover in Austin it rained while our luggage was outside in the luggage carts while we waited for our delayed plane to arrive. When I finally got to my destination all of my clothes was wet. I wish I would have purchased my luggage set in person. I didn’t realize this wasn’t what I was looking for. Unfortunately since I waited so long to finally make a purchase it was too late to return.

okay, well it wouldnt let me upload a photo. but on our way out of town we got into a car accident where someone t-bones us. the luggage was in the bed of the truck and the large piece flew out across the street. this luggage is durable and only had scrapes from sliding. the medium one had a corner pushed in. One of the wheels broke but was still usable due to its 2 wheel design per corner. id buy this again.

Hello, I used all the 3 suitcases during my recent international trip. These were light weight, easy to maneuver and withstood the brunt of 7 different airlines and were handled 14 times at airports (Loading & Unloading). I would have given 5 stars, because of a partial break of 28 inches wheel, rating it as 4 overall. But the best part is the seller was able to fix the problem very quickly to my satisfaction. They are rugged and yet beautiful. The wheels and zipper are very easy to maneuver. The outside shell is hard and beautifully colored and shiny. The interior has lots of pockets for storage of smaller things. I really like them and would definitely buy them again
