Pros: • I like how it maneuvers and reaches under furniture • Cleans well (on high speed) Cons: • Battery lasts 15 min on high speed (30 min on medium speed but it doesnt clean as well as on high speed) • After 1 use metal on the handle started giving me small electric shocks while I vacuum, I had to cover it with tape I would return this vacuum but tossed the original box it came in.

Very light and very easy to use. If you need to do some basic cleaning this is ideal. I rated this 4 star because though it is very convenient, it only gets about 4/5th of all the dirt there is on the floor. For some deep cleaning you need a different vacuum. Also, if you have a pet that sheds, it can be a pain to get pet hair out of its vacuum.

I bought this in January and it works just like it did the day it arrived. This is super easy to maneuver and I love that it’s childless, however, there are a few issues I have with this vacuum… the suction power is really good on the high power mode but that drains the battery pretty fast. The suction works on the regular setting but should be better. As the battery life drains, the suction power seems to lessen too. It also takes awhile to charge which is annoying when when you have a lot of vacuuming to do. It works fine for what I have at home (3 carpeted bedrooms and an area rug) but anything more that I would be worried about.

It is a very easy and convenient to use. Overall I really liked it, lightweight, no cords to tangle, grab it and go. Good suction, easy to empty dirt container, two onboard tools. Battery removes to recharge, or recharge it on the vacuum. Nice wall hanger included for storage and charging. Ultimately, though I hated to do it, I did return it due to very short battery life. Took a long time to recharge (about 3 hours on average I think) and top battery life was 15 minutes though usually closer to 10-12 minutes. The ad says 40 minutes. I talked to Amazon and they said MAYBE they could see about replacing the battery through the manufacturer, but it would have been about ten days to get a new one, if they could get one at all. I was a week away from the close of the return window, so I opted to return it rather than taking a chance that a new battery wouldnt work/would not be available before close of return window, because then I would be stuck with a non working vacuum (not enough battery life to be worth using) and out the money I paid.

It has only rubber on head no brushes so its only good for hardwood floors not carpet.

I purchased this vacuum with high hopes. unfortunately, it didnt live up to the hype. I vacuum the floor and as soon as I turn off the vacuum all the stuff I just vacuumed just falls out. The only thing I found good was the fact that I havent found any hair stuck on the roller.

It handles nicely and does the job well!

At first this was a pretty good purchase. It transitions from hardwood to carpet nicely, is easy to clean, and use different attachments. Not the longest battery life, but that was expected. But after having it for 4 months and using it ~1/week, it wont start. I can plug it in with the battery and the screen displays 99% (sometimes 100%) but it will not start when the power button is pressed. Whats worse is that there doesnt seem to be a way to buy a replacement battery, not on Amazon or the companys website (or generally from Google). Overall, it works well when it works. But doesnt last.

20 percent charge in over 3 hours seem extremely long for me. Disappointed

It has better suction than our previous handheld but we’ll get used to it. It’s just a more substantial unit. The light on front of accessory helps see dust and dog hair.
