I have had this product for less than a week and I am sending it back. The suction is alright nothing special for 500W motor, except on MAX which drains the battery in about 10min. My problem was once the extension tube is on it can not be removed, thats a deal breaker for me I wanted to use the accessories with the tube. For the amount of money this cost in my opinion it is not worth it and the tube is still on.

Easy to assemble and use. It’s very lightweight, which is what I needed.

So this thing either doesn’t suck or I have to many Kids/animals, I have 4 kids and then my niece that lives with me so 5 all together, 2 Great Danes and 2 cats. This worked great the 1st handful of times then it just looked pretty. I grabbed my sisters older vacuum that’s the shark version of this and it picked up the stuff, I ended up just going to a push shark again and it picked up a whole lot more. So I guess it would be good if u have no kids? Lol

Poor removing dog hair from a thin throw rug. It seems to drag the hair over the rug instead of sucking it up. Once you get the hair to the hardwood floor it sucks it right up. Luckily, I have mostly hard wood floors.

Vacuum was powerful right out of the box. I was stunned by its powefful suction and its extremely maneuverable head. also the light is bright for easy spotting of pet hair and dust. the unit is a little top heavy but not too much, and the charge last shorter than expected. Overall I am pleased with the unit

I’ve had a Dyson for several years so was a bit hesitant to get this brand I’ve never heard of before. It was definitely worth the money. Costs half as much as a Dyson and works super well. It takes a bit to get used to, but not difficult to figure out.

Iv only had 1 other cordless vacuum, the bissell icon pet so I’m comparing mostly to that. This vacuum is very light weight and easy to move around, fits great under my couch edge and under kitchen cabinets which I love, also quiet . I do wish it would stand up on its own but not a big deal. I can vacuum my 1600 sq ft house with 1 battery charge (quickly) on boost mode. The battery drains very fast on the top setting which isn’t really needed, boost mode works just fine. On top setting I can get just my downstairs done quickly with 1 battery. It’s not the best on carpet. I use this on my hardwood to keep up with dog hair in between deep cleanings. (I have 3 dogs) Overall I am pleased with this vacuum. It picks up just as good as the bissell and has features I prefer over the bissell which I paid $200 for. For $130 I think this was a good purchase. But again I wouldn’t purchase this for carpet

I bought this hand-held vacuum to use mostly around my cat litter box. If I turn it up to high power, and dont use an attachment, it works ok, but takes many passes to get up the spilled cat litter. With an attachment, there is not enough suction. The highest power setting is 85%, and you need to use that power setting to pick up anything. Not sure how long the battery lasts - havent tested it. I would not recommend this product. I am going back to Dysons hand-held.
