The battery charge doesn’t last very long.

We did like this item until the battery had begun to work intermittantly, Did call customer service and am waiting for reply as to what to do to work with them to return to full function Add on. Company made right and customer service was fantastic!!

Regular use. have 3 pets unit is a little heavier than I anticipated but otherwise good product... curious as to how much new filter will cost...

I researched cordless vacuums for months before I finally settled on this one. For the price, this thing rocks. The battery life lasts as long as expected. As long as I don’t use it on boost mode, because it loses battery super super fast. But even for my area rugs, the regular setting is enough suction. It’s light weight and I can carry it up and down the steps easily. I love being able to pull it out for small messes. It’s made cleaning up soooo much easier. Love love love it.

At first this was a pretty good purchase. It transitions from hardwood to carpet nicely, is easy to clean, and use different attachments. Not the longest battery life, but that was expected. But after having it for 4 months and using it ~1/week, it wont start. I can plug it in with the battery and the screen displays 99% (sometimes 100%) but it will not start when the power button is pressed. Whats worse is that there doesnt seem to be a way to buy a replacement battery, not on Amazon or the companys website (or generally from Google). Overall, it works well when it works. But doesnt last.

Bought this for our Arizona home. Works great. Price point is exceptional. Highly recommend

I LOVE THIS VACUUM. It’s so lightweight, have to charge just about all day to be able to get a couple vacuums done through the house, but it picks up just about anything my kids throw on the ground! Yeah

for the price this thing is awesome. I can vacuum my whole house and still have over 60% battery. You can adjust the power and when u put this thing on high it really revs up and gets whatever you need it to. This vacuum is very easy to clean and empty really good design.

Seem to suck the battery, too. Better performance than other stick vacs Ive had, though.

The battery does not last long at all. I can’t do anymore than two rooms and it has to plug in for several hours to recharge.
