I dont have any stairs, but hardwood, vinyl, and carpet and it works great on all of them! Very happy! I love the adjustable wand so I can adjust the it for my height (shorter) and longer for my husband. My old one wasnt adjustable and I was uncomfortable using it.

This vacuum is amazing and picked up everything! I used it about 6 times and now its headed to the repair shop. It just quit! Love the performance of the vacuum hoping they can fix it. I would buy another one if they upgraded the model. For now I just think its worth it to try and get this one fixed. You take your chances. Not going to bother to send it back. Have a hard time trying to return anything to Amazon lately. They have become difficult to deal with!!!!

This works well too on low or no nap rugs.

This is a very good vacuum cleaner. It comes with different shapes of vacuums to clean different things and you can adjust the length.

It is a very easy and convenient to use. Overall I really liked it, lightweight, no cords to tangle, grab it and go. Good suction, easy to empty dirt container, two onboard tools. Battery removes to recharge, or recharge it on the vacuum. Nice wall hanger included for storage and charging. Ultimately, though I hated to do it, I did return it due to very short battery life. Took a long time to recharge (about 3 hours on average I think) and top battery life was 15 minutes though usually closer to 10-12 minutes. The ad says 40 minutes. I talked to Amazon and they said MAYBE they could see about replacing the battery through the manufacturer, but it would have been about ten days to get a new one, if they could get one at all. I was a week away from the close of the return window, so I opted to return it rather than taking a chance that a new battery wouldnt work/would not be available before close of return window, because then I would be stuck with a non working vacuum (not enough battery life to be worth using) and out the money I paid.

Works good on my satillo tile floors and hand braided throw rugs, but dont expect it to clean thick carpet. Its light to work with, easy to dump and clean, gets in tight places to clean around objects and price is right compared to other similar models. I suppose the 500 watt would have better suction, but the 300 watt seems to meet my needs.

This vacuum pick up more then a Walmart vacuum an love it

I got my vacuum yesterday, so far Design is very good, powerful, cant say nothing yet about durability. Personally for me very disappointed point, is that, they are not selling extra batteries for this vacuum, I have a pretty big area and 40min run time not enough for me. Well, I requested an extra battery from the manufacturer and they told me that they are not selling batteries separate and if I will need to replace the battery in the future, they will replace the whole vacuum for me. To be honest, I dont think if battery will go down in 2 or 3 years, they will replace it, but again my point was not to replace the battery, but to have an extra one. Well, most likely I will return it and will try to buy another brand, with an extra battery.

Light weight

I love how easy it was to maneuver and how light weight it was. The one issue I had with it was any sort of carpet made the vacuum struggle. It is not designed for any sort of carpet. I only have owned this vacuum since November and have treated it well yet the screen all of a sudden stopped working rendering the vacuum useless. It lost all suction power and I can not for the life of me figure out how to get it working again.
