It is a very easy and convenient to use. Overall I really liked it, lightweight, no cords to tangle, grab it and go. Good suction, easy to empty dirt container, two onboard tools. Battery removes to recharge, or recharge it on the vacuum. Nice wall hanger included for storage and charging. Ultimately, though I hated to do it, I did return it due to very short battery life. Took a long time to recharge (about 3 hours on average I think) and top battery life was 15 minutes though usually closer to 10-12 minutes. The ad says 40 minutes. I talked to Amazon and they said MAYBE they could see about replacing the battery through the manufacturer, but it would have been about ten days to get a new one, if they could get one at all. I was a week away from the close of the return window, so I opted to return it rather than taking a chance that a new battery wouldnt work/would not be available before close of return window, because then I would be stuck with a non working vacuum (not enough battery life to be worth using) and out the money I paid.

Vacuum works great for dust, pet hair and dirt especially with wood floors. Highly recommend the quality of this Vacuum, had a minor issue with the unit and of course it was past the 90 day Amazon warranty so reached out to manufacturers support who was extremely responsive and resolved the issue right away.

This is a very good vacuum cleaner. It comes with different shapes of vacuums to clean different things and you can adjust the length.

Its not made to replace your everyday vacuum. I wish the bottom vacuum part was stationary, it makes it difficult to do stairs. I also do not like that it doesnt stand on its own, if you need to stop for a minute, lay it down or it will get broken. Other than that, I do love its convenience.

The battery does not last long at all. I can’t do anymore than two rooms and it has to plug in for several hours to recharge.

I will also use it as a quick means to tidy throughout the day. I will still use my plug in vacuums (I own two) for true cleaning and I will use my broom to get large items and hard to reach places. If I use this for my couch then I will have to plan for the day as it would probably only hold a charge for enough time to do one sofa and quick a chair. Charging takes awhile. This does not come close to replacing your existing vacuums or broom. It would be best utilized for small spaces like apartments or condos.

My floors are laminate and vinyl tile, but I also have a lot of area rugs. My Dyson bit the dust and I was looking for something that would be easy to use but could also vacuum chairs and clean crevices. This little vacuum does it! It is so light and so easy to maneuver, including under items, that I now use it almost everyday. I do empty the dust bin after each use. The light on the front helps to see the dirt/debris (I have a dog), and I like that you can adjust the suction power, depending on what you are cleaning. The filter is easy to access. I can cover my 1600’ house on a charge.

I dont have any stairs, but hardwood, vinyl, and carpet and it works great on all of them! Very happy! I love the adjustable wand so I can adjust the it for my height (shorter) and longer for my husband. My old one wasnt adjustable and I was uncomfortable using it.

When we first purchased this vacuum, I was not very impressed with how cheaply made it looked and the suction power was not as good as our previous vacuum. We decided to give it a few weeks and we have been nothing but disappointed. First the vacuum does not have the ability to stand up on its own so if you do not put it on the charger, it just falls over. That was very inconvenient while actually vacuuming, if I had to stop and move something I basically had to lay the vacuum down and then pick it back up. Secondly, the battery does not last very long on regular mode (maybe 20 minutes max) but on turbo mode the vacuum will die in less than 10 minutes. It made me feel like I had to speed clean before the battery ran out. If you use the vacuum on the regular mode, the suction is not as good. Thirdly, the canister that holds the dirt is very small and gets clogged very easily. The main reason we bought this vacuum was because it was advertised for homes with pets. But when actually using the vacuum, the vent would get clogged and not suction after 2 minutes even if I wasn’t picking up a lot of dog hair. When vacuuming a medium sized living room with pets, I was emptying the canister at least 5-6 times. The buttons to remove the canister are in a very awkward position and it is difficult to remove. And then too make it worse, the canister does not stay latched onto the vacuum even though I double check it every time to make sure it clicks and is latched. In a 10 minute time span the canister on this vacuum fell off 3 times and the dirt/hair I picked up flew all across the floor. At that point we put the vacuum away and will no longer be using it. Overall, I would not recommend this vacuum and we are severely disappointed with our purchase and our wasted money on this product.
