I researched cordless vacuums for months before I finally settled on this one. For the price, this thing rocks. The battery life lasts as long as expected. As long as I don’t use it on boost mode, because it loses battery super super fast. But even for my area rugs, the regular setting is enough suction. It’s light weight and I can carry it up and down the steps easily. I love being able to pull it out for small messes. It’s made cleaning up soooo much easier. Love love love it.

It is a very easy and convenient to use. Overall I really liked it, lightweight, no cords to tangle, grab it and go. Good suction, easy to empty dirt container, two onboard tools. Battery removes to recharge, or recharge it on the vacuum. Nice wall hanger included for storage and charging. Ultimately, though I hated to do it, I did return it due to very short battery life. Took a long time to recharge (about 3 hours on average I think) and top battery life was 15 minutes though usually closer to 10-12 minutes. The ad says 40 minutes. I talked to Amazon and they said MAYBE they could see about replacing the battery through the manufacturer, but it would have been about ten days to get a new one, if they could get one at all. I was a week away from the close of the return window, so I opted to return it rather than taking a chance that a new battery wouldnt work/would not be available before close of return window, because then I would be stuck with a non working vacuum (not enough battery life to be worth using) and out the money I paid.

I purchased this vacuum with high hopes. unfortunately, it didnt live up to the hype. I vacuum the floor and as soon as I turn off the vacuum all the stuff I just vacuumed just falls out. The only thing I found good was the fact that I havent found any hair stuck on the roller.

This is a very good vacuum cleaner. It comes with different shapes of vacuums to clean different things and you can adjust the length.

It has better suction than our previous handheld but we’ll get used to it. It’s just a more substantial unit. The light on front of accessory helps see dust and dog hair.

Light weight

I contacted the manufacturer to get an additional battery. The woman who answered was very snippy and informed me that I couldn’t get a battery from them (the manufacturer). I was told to go to Amazon for a battery, but Amazon does not carry the battery for this stick. Now what do I do?

It has only rubber on head no brushes so its only good for hardwood floors not carpet.

Excellent product. Highly recommended.

This is a good little vacuum however I would have given 5 stars if the battery lasted longer. Mine runs down writhing 20 mins from a full charge.
