> 3 dayI never had a chance to use the product. When you purchase itva code is mailed to your home. Thats right mailed! Than you have to log on to the website enter the code and download your purchase. However my code didnt work. So I went into live chat with a Corel rep. Who said she could fix the problem if she can access my computer and work remotely. During the first 45 seconds she was on my desk top and clicked on my file labeled 2020 Tax Return and proceeded to open the file. At that point I stopped the remote process and vehemently complained to Corel who to date has ignored me. Untrustworthy company.

> 3 dayThe software installed and worked without problems on both a OS X 10.11 and a Win 10 system. Overall the software worked really smoothly and I felt the learning curve was not very steep. Past experience with Corel software has been very positive and I have found they provide really good support if a problem arises.

> 3 dayI finally upgraded from a very old version of another companys photo editing software to this Corel Aftershot Pro 3. I regret waiting so long. This software is among the most intuitive softwares of any kind Ive used in a very long time. The icons and features are easy to recognize, master and employ with minimal time and effort, something that was far from the case with my previous editing software that seemed designed more for the computer engineers that created it than for the general user just might not have advanced degrees in computer science. It has an array of features and functions that can accomplish virtually everything I can image doing with my digital photos short of turning them into a hallow-deck. Ive just begun using this Corel product to enhance and edit scans of old Polaroid and Kodak family snap-shots as well to great effect, something I gave up on a while ago when trying to do so with other editing software that proved inadequate in my view in correcting damage, fading, poor lighting or any number of other problems. Once I learned my way around it, this Corel took care of all those issues to my satisfaction. Theres not much I can think of in way of negatives about on this product. And while Im very much an enthusiastic amateur photographer projects, I willing to bet that even professional or more advanced amateurs than I could find anything they need by way of photo-editing with this.

> 3 dayI’m an advanced intermediate hobbyist photographer. I take photos of special events, outdoor landscapes, pets, flowers and architecture, peppering in some product photos from time to time. I take most photos with my Nikon D3300 camera, but like so many of us, I also take a lot of photos on the fly with my iPhone too. I’ve used Corel’s photo editing software in addition to Picasa, various photo editing apps on my iPad, and have used Adobe Lightroom 4 and currently enjoy using Adobe’s Photoshop Elements 13.

> 3 dayThis is great for someone who needs to edit a LOT of photos, like from a wedding or a family reunion. The blemish remover is seriously wonderful and the watermarking is a a neat feature. Its relatively easy to install and use, though I did consult online resources a couple of times, more because this is my first type of program like this rather than because it was hard to use. Im sure there are even more features that I havent taken advantage of yet and will update the review as I do!

> 3 dayI am a lllooonnnggg time user of PaintShop, so AfterShot Pro 3 seemed like a logical companion purchase. I noticed almost immediately that my Panasonic LUMIX ZS-80 is not supported. I went to Corel website and filled out the camera support request form. I received a form letter from Corel. I then called Corel thinking it would be faster. After the call, I received another form letter from Corel, asking me to fill out the same form. I responded that I had already completed the form several days ago. I got another form letter thanking me for my letter! I then received an email asking if Corel could close my request!! Today I called Corel again, and the guy told me not to worry (about 100 times), although he couldn’t tell me the status of my case, he assured me that tech support would call me within two hours. Never heard from anyone. My point is that Corel support has declined and it may appear that Corel is willing to add new cameras but I’m thinking that is not the case.

> 3 dayI bought AfterShot Pro 3 when Corel PaintShop Pro 2019 displayed an automated sales pitch while I was trying to edit a RAW file (basically, it said that I could do more with AfterShot Pro 3 in terms of RAW file editing). So, I bought the upgrade directly from Corel and the application absolutely does not recognized RAW files from Panasonic cameras. There is proposed fix on the Corel website but the fix does not help at all. I have asked for my money back and has also sent a request for technical help (so far, no response). Further, I dont see what this application offers beyond Corel PaintShop Pro 2019 (which is fine, with a few bugs here and there).

> 3 dayThe most current version of AfterShot 3, as of July 16 2016, has a bug that causes the preview pane to display Image Not Available. If you cannot preview an image it renders the software useless. Corel has issued a workaround for the problem, but unfortunately it does not work. If you go to the Corel Forum you will notice that quite a few users have been complaining of this issue for a long time, yet the issue has not been resolved as of this date. At this point if Corel does not fix this grave problem, I and lot of others will be forced to look at other raw image processing software.
