Corel WordPerfect Office Home & Student 2021 | Office Suite of Word Processor, Spreadsheets & Presentation Software [PC Disc]

This document software can be effectively used to prepare .wpd and .doc and .pdf documents, although maybe not always in a linear fashion. I had to terminate my .doc software subscription because MS refused my otherwise safe debit card and I had a large collection of .doc texts so I was understandably worried that Corels entry would be weak in taking over. I neednt have worried. WordPerfect can do everything that I was familiar with. This edition includes a spreadsheet (QuatroPro) and a presentation manager, but, although the label calls it Office it doesnt include an equivalent of MS Access (database) but does have a range of utilities such as a note utility which allows you to work with .doc and .pdf material on the same screen as the target .wpd. You can merge QuatroPro documents with a .wpd document, an unexpected pleasure. I can use the converter utility easily, though there are caveats, as Corel mentions in the header. Very satisfying, all in all.

Having used WordPerfect since Apple II and later MS-DOS days, I still consider it to be a superior way to create documents. In my opinion, WordPerfect has more useful features and versatility than MS Word and MS Publisher combined. This one program has features, such as flush-right and reveal codes that are not offered by either of those two other programs. Although I had last-year’s version, I was happy to be able to acquire this newest suite of programs. Fortunately, I do not need to learn an entirely new user interface as is often required with new programs.

This office suite is what you need if you want to escape the abusive tyranny of Microsoft - OK there are some free suites out there too but they involve more hassle.

We ordered this software because we were looking for an alternative that we could actually own instead of using the cloud. Corel has been around forever, and we were interested to how it had been improved over the years.

Very pleased with this product

The software is the same as 10 years ago. No improvement. One of the few products of this kind that doesnt have an option to show the vertical ruler. On my very fast system its starting very slowly, like between 30 and 45 seconds and my printers are OK. Lots of work ahead for the developer if they want to be (again) among first 10 products in this category.

I used Corel products years ago and I decided to go back to them after I retired. I no longer needed complicated office programs but I still needed something to create and manage my personal documents. WordPerfect Home & Office is just what I needed. I got the CD but preferred to download for the installation. The package installed easily and quickly. The word processor allowed the option of saving my current documents in the WP format or keeping the previous format. I must admit that I like playing with the graphics in Presentations. AfterShot is a good photo editing program for enhancing and manipulating. My only complaint is that when I was installing a program, it asked if I wanted to restart now or wait. I opted for wait but it restarted my computer, anyway. Other than that, all the programs work fine.

I purchased product from WordPerfect and whet to the link that said access your product. then with I did that there was NO DOWNLOAD LINK. WANT MY MONEY BACK

Do not buy this you have to have a serial number for it and they cant provide one for you
