Corel WordPerfect Office Home & Student 2021 | Office Suite of Word Processor, Spreadsheets & Presentation Software [PC Disc]

In the late 1980s Multimate was the first word processor I used, and WordPerfect the second. WordPerfect was light years better than Multimate. Since then I have continued to find it the best word processor; it took Microsoft until 2007 to even have a truly competitive product but, even now, it is not the equal of WordPerfect.

Back in the day I used this for work and collage. I was never a fan of Word, and since a new computer came my way, I bought Word Perfect. Other than a couple letters and some Instructions havent used it much but the same feel of using this program is there. Some of the old short cuts are there and it was like coming home. Plenty of features that I probably wont get to, but it is still pleasant program to use when I need a word processer. Not all that hard to load once I figured it out, Im not a computer person so it went well. I look forward to using it.

I so prefer WP over Word however, this particular version seems to take forever to open and now after using it for months .. the spell checker has gone on the fritz. I am hoping I can uninstall and reinstall without it using one of my licenses

I used Corel products years ago and I decided to go back to them after I retired. I no longer needed complicated office programs but I still needed something to create and manage my personal documents. WordPerfect Home & Office is just what I needed. I got the CD but preferred to download for the installation. The package installed easily and quickly. The word processor allowed the option of saving my current documents in the WP format or keeping the previous format. I must admit that I like playing with the graphics in Presentations. AfterShot is a good photo editing program for enhancing and manipulating. My only complaint is that when I was installing a program, it asked if I wanted to restart now or wait. I opted for wait but it restarted my computer, anyway. Other than that, all the programs work fine.

I used this word processor software for work and personal correspondence. Although Word is better known, I find WordPerfect easier to use.

When I received the Corel WordPerfect 2021, the box had been opened and the sleeve with the disc in was opened. Thankfully it was not scratched and we were able to install, but I hope in the future that Amazon would take time to wrap and secure the orders.
