Greater than one weekIn the late 1980s Multimate was the first word processor I used, and WordPerfect the second. WordPerfect was light years better than Multimate. Since then I have continued to find it the best word processor; it took Microsoft until 2007 to even have a truly competitive product but, even now, it is not the equal of WordPerfect.

> 3 daybuy this solely for consistency and backward compatibility with other parties using older versions of WP. None of the changing issues encountered with Microsoft Office 365 and its endless Service Packs/Security Hotfixes.

> 3 dayI have been using WordPerfect since the 1980s. I have Word, because one has to have it, but when I write I use WordPerfect. Its Reveal Codes feature alone makes it superior to anything else, especially when one is cutting and pasting a variety of documents. For example, has the justification suddenly changed? Open Reveal Codes and find the code and delete it - problem solved. Try that in Word.
