it works...had to use toggle wall anchors since there was no studs where i wanted to mount these to hold up my mountain bikes.

Well made and a great value. Ive used these to store bicycles. If mounting bikes horizontally, you will be required to find the fulcrum point along your top tube. This requires more attention than, say, hanging a bike from its wheel, and is arguably precarious, slightly. While this is not the intended use for these, I find that the rubberized coating does not scratch the frame finish, and I also gain valuable space in the garage by mounting parallel to the walls. The distance from the wall when the top tube rests in the outermost trough is far enough to clear the width of handlebars and pedals.

I am moving tools from one shed to another. The tools in the old shed were in serious disarray. These hangers took care of shovels, forks and rakes very handily. Great product. In fact, Im ordering another one as soon as I finish this review, which is right now....
