Be aware-For hanging bikes-IF you first screw a 2x4 or 2x6 to the wall, mounted to two studs, then the bike can be hung and the handlebar wont hit the wall...I have a Mongoose Manuever mtn bike and with the bike at the very end of the fingers the handlebar barely touches the wall..I also used TWO of these, one on each stud and the bike rests across both of them at the top frame bar.. ALSO-If you mount a 2x4 or 2x6 to the wall first, then you have more options for mounting the bracket..Since youll be screwing it to the cross member, not the studs..So youre not stuck with 16 on center spacing... I also use two of these to mount two large ladders high up on the garage wall... I use (I THINK) GRK screws-The goldish colored ones with the large flange type heads...They hold really really well...I think I used 4 long ones...They take a T-30 Torx driver..

Perfect for stacking handled tools on a wall like shovels, brooms, edger. Vertical screws allow stud placement (dont miss it!). Note the height remaining over it in case you plan on putting rakes in it. Also holds 3 bike wheels well. Lifts up out of the way (e.g. like when winters over and the shovels can go elsewhere), although its unlikely youll need that.

I was originally hesitant on buying this based on some reviews but the item I received was as described. Easy to install - pre-drill your holes to make sure you hit the stud, screw it in and enjoy! I hang my shovel, rake, and a paint roller from mine. Helps clean up clutter from the floor or stuff being stuck in corners.

These brackets look to be seconds, with paint issues which likely make them unsuitable for retail sale. As others have mentioned, these are silver painted with black arm covering. Mechanically, these are sound and work as expected.

Ok its just a hook for the wall but it gives me a smile since it just works well and does what I need. The external hooks are fairly lengthly and shaped well to keep items from sliding around. Nothing at our local H.Depot can match its holding capacity. The little indentations on the arms can also be good for rakes and yard tools. We use ours for lawn chairs and it can easily hold 4 reasonable sized chairs. Two other factors help functionality. First, the mounting holes are placed one over the other and space well part. This is important to help resist the weight of the items being held so it mounts sturdy. Lastly, the legs can swing up out of the way if needed. Annually we have to move our garage shelves for pest inspections. Instead of unmounting it, I just swing it up. Smart. I now own three. If I need to hang anything else, I will get a fourth.
