> 3 dayAfter exchanging boards, I booted my printer up and....nothing. Ive been trying to flash every firmware known to man, even though it supposedly comes with firmware pre-installed and is supposed to be plug and play, mine was not. Thanks for the waste of time

> 3 dayAfter reading the updates about the 256k cpu being found on an Ender 3 v2, I opened my machine, which is running the jyers marlin firmware for BL touch, to find the RCT6 256k cpu, not the RET6 512k cpu that is supposed to be in the machine. I ordered this 4.2.7 board specifically because the pictures show the RET6 cpu. The 4.2.7 board that I received today has the 256k RCT6 cpu, not the 512k RET6 cpu. Be careful and make sure you check out your parts.

02-06-2025Such a great product and such an amazing job done by both Creality 3D and Comgrow. They were out of stock for the ender 3 directly through Creality so I bought this one through Comgrow and it worked perfectly. Arrived overnight and was a direct replacement for my ender 3. I had some trouble with getting the rear power cables into the board but if you dont get power on, thats what you have to do. The printer is virtually silent, and time for some new fans to make it perfect!

> 3 dayI went from a 4.2.2 32bit board on my ender 3 to this 4.2.7 board and wow what a difference!! Amazing quality product and will 100% recommend to other 3d Printing enthusiasts without question. LOVE IT!!!! Can not hear the printer at all aside from the fans!

> 3 dayThe printer is super quiet now. I forget it’s printing at times. The noisiest part of the printer are the fans now.

> 3 dayThe install was somewhat involved, but mainly due to my ender 3 having its connections hot glued down. Once that was sorted though, it was plug and play for the most part. Can’t hear the motors at all now, the fans are now the “loudest” part. When I have my ac running at the same time, I can’t hear the printer at all. Only time I notice the noise now is if I’m focused on it. Print quality is really good too, so I don’t think there were any compromises there.

> 3 dayThe motors are practically dead silent now - the only thing I hear is the fan running. I also replaced the hot end fan - now the loud part of my printer is the power supply fan which I might replace next. I really cant believe how quiet this printer is now compared to the loud weird noises it was making before. No firmware update was needed. Plug and play for me.

> 3 dayThis is a great upgrade for the standard Ender 3. It eliminated all noise from the motors so that all you hear now are the fans. Its very easy to install as well.
