> 24 hourMy son had a lot of issues pooping his whole life (hes 2 1/2 now) and the director/assistant director at the daycare were basically making me feel like a bad mother because I couldnt figure out how to fix it. Then I did some research and came across this. Yeah it can be pricey but I make sure theres enough in my budget to buy this. 100% made my kid a normal pooper with softer stools and he goes once pretty much every day. No issues anymore. No more miralax, no more crying while he poops, no more feeling like Im completely incompetent as a mother. Not about his pooping, anyway. Just one pack of this a day, every day until he got a regular rhythm, now he gets it in his yogurt five days a week. Works great

> 24 hourAfter 3 months of constipation issues with my 3 yr old potty trained daughter I was at my ropes end and Dr was telling me shed have to take mucilax or something every day... No thank you!! I found this and added it to her yogurt or cereal milk or cottage cheese in the am and to her bottle at night (at first to get her going again.) now I just put a pack in her water bottle and shake it and off she goes! It is totally tasteless!! It is easy to mix into anything. She doesnt mind it at all! It took an all systems go effort (2 packs per day plus pears and kiwi and bran buds and lots of water to get her going again... A few hard poops had to be struggled thru but then after 2 days everything just started softening and feeling and looking like pop snakes like we were hoping for! Now she has been 1 month straight of daily morning poops like clockwork before school. I still give her the bran buds too and 1 pack in her water a day... But now she is good to go potty and happy do it every morning! Thank God! I think this is a great product and Im sure it helped!

> 24 hourIf youre here reading reviews then its safe to say we all have a similar story. My son always had trouble with constipation which became an even bigger problem when we started to potty train. For the last year and a half he would go through a pattern where every month or so hed start using his potty for just long enough for us to think we were getting somewhere, then hed withhold his poop until it became so shockingly massive that would make even the toughest person in the world cry for his mother. It was horrifying. And then back to only using pull-ups. I tried a bunch of differnt things, fiber gummys, prune juice, altering diet. But hes such a picky eater, plus if he found out something might help he instantly refused to eat it again. Probably because he was so afaird to have a bad poo. It was difficult to keep any of it going. I have always been a bit dubious of probiotics, but I was at my wits end, and the reviews were so positive I decided to give this a try. Gave him his first packet in juice Friday night, then 2 a day. I mixed it in his juice or milk and he had no idea. It had been about a week since his last decent BM. By monday we were getting some action in his pull up, fairly small but getting progressively softer. wednesday night I convinced him to sit on his potty and try. Success! We finally had a poo that wasnt horrifying in size and came out without any tears. *I* could have cried instead. We did have a small accident later that night with a BM that was a little too soft. So i will try one packet a day and see where we end up. Have we found our answer? I hope so.

> 24 hourMy poor toddler suffered with constipation really badly, due to her picky eating and a fear of doing number 2s. Ever since we started putting this in her drinks, she’s been going to the toilet regularly and without pain/discomfort. It’s honestly such a relief because we were really stressed out and felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel, having tried apple juice, prune juice etc

> 24 hour5/5 Do not hesitate to buy if you have a toddler with on going constipation. My kids pediatrician recommended miralax but I found this & wow. It worked right away. It wasn’t harsh on my 2yo belly. And it gave her NORMAL bowel movements that she’s never had, since birth! Miracle in a packet

> 24 hourMy daughter is a picky eater so I know shes not getting enough fiber in her diet. This helps her a lot with keeping her regular and not constipated

> 24 hourTried juices, miralax, eating only vegetables, chewable fiber, chewable senna - these worked ok, but my daughter would still have infrequent and very hard stools (1x/week sometimes less), or get too much and have diarrhea. She had this problem since she was about 1 year old. Started giving this regularly 2-3 times/day in watered down juice or other liquid, and at first the poops were just easier to get out, but still infrequent, and after 4-5 months, she has been going much more regularly, sometime every day or every 2-3 days. I am so relieved this has worked for her because she had some very severe issues and often had blood in stool. Now the stool is smaller and softer and more frequent.

> 24 hourA great alternative to miralax to keep my 2 and 4 year old regular. Only need one pack per day.
