> 24 hourBeautiful color. It is more a warm pink than coral...not peachy or oranges like most coral colors.

> 24 hourBeautiful shade of red! I bought this as it was recommended as an alternative to brown madder, which Daniel Smith doesnt have. Its not quite the same, but can be mixed to make some interesting and dramatic tones. As an example, my son wanted a Call of Duty painting for our game room and I used it to for the background of this painting.

> 24 hourI was steered to this color by Diane Antone, a brilliant watercolor artist and teacher. We have all had to reinvent how we learn these days. The bright side is we are finding wonderful teachers by way of social media. After watching several of Dianes YT tutorials I had to explore quin gold myself. I am so glad I did. I am sold on using quin gold over yellow ochre on most anything I paint. I am amazed how natural my fruits, vegetables, flowers, etc. look compared to yellow ochre. It blends so much better with lemon yellow, cadmium yellow, etc. to give your painting that needed bits of mid tones and/or shadows. I really love the effect I get by adding this over my greens as well as mixing greens. I am going to use this on rocks and expect a really good end result. This is definitely a pigment you want to explore!
