best summer work sock ever. changing all my socks to Darn Tough.

These socks last for YEARS and my husband loves them. He will not wear any other socks. They are a bit pricey but totally worth it. He has several pairs he’s had for 5 years and still no holes! This is after hundreds of washes. Will buy again!

Only wore them once so far but after putting them through the wash they look brand new. They fit great and dont slide down to your ankle. I can definitely feel a difference in comfort and warmth of my feet while wearing these.

I love Darn Tough socks! Yes they cost more than a pack of tube socks from a big box store. But theyre more comfortable and more durable. And if youre camping or otherwise traveling, you can wear them more than once between washings. This is due to the antimicrobial quality of wool. After extensive scientific testing, I can attest that they can be worn up to four days without an olfactory cue indicating a need for washing. Subtract two days from that if youre wearing waterproof hiking boots that dont breathe. Subtract four days if you have a disapproving spouse who doesnt understand the antimicrobial qualities of wool and gives you side-eye for re-wearing socks between washings.

Really liked the sock, has a lot of cushion which can be alarming to someone you previous have socks with little to no cushion (Dickies work socks). The cushion and mobility of your foot in the sock can be mistaken for sweat, at least it was for me. After inspection during this I found I was just being fooled due to the high quality sock. Unfortunately for me I thought micro crew would be high enough for me but after wearing them with my red wing loggermax boots I can say I needed the full boot sock version. The extra material for the steel toe aspect of the boot is really something, really makes a difference when you go to kick something with your boot which, if you have them with steel toe, can be very painful.

No Good

My husband started a new job, and he was coming home with his feet aching, and he was developing sores and rashes on his feet. His feet were being destroyed from his steel toe boots and wet socks from the rain. So after waterproofing his boots, getting him a shoe dryer, and it still not improving I then decided he needed new socks. Someone recommended these, and I saw the price and hesitated. I finally gave in and purchased them. After 3 days of him wearing them. We bought another..... he now has 3 pairs. His rashes and sores are gone. Best damn socks ever. Worth every single penny!!!!

I was preparing to order my fourth pair of these when I decided I should write a review for my previous purchases. I love these socks. They work great and are durable. Totally worth it if you are on your feet a lot (and even if youre not).

These are the most comfortable socks ive ever worn. I have exceptionally large calfs and blow out the socks elasticity after wearing them a couple times. Not these socks. If i had only known, i would have bought Darn Tough Socks years ago.

My partner is in his work boots all day, every day and was wearing standard white Hanes crew socks. After reading reviews, I got him a pair of these - keep in mind he’s very particular about clothes/shoes/etc - he loves them and asked for more after the first day of wearing them!
