The rating is for the vendor, who sent the product quickly. The product, it turn out, is also very good--have used it for a long time.

Had to order twice. First time it got lost in shipping but Amazon cancel order and I got to reorder. Got product super fast. But for the size you get it is in my opinion very over priced. Product dose work like it says and a little goes a long, long way. So one order should get you through several dozen models easily.

Softens the decals and lets them sink into corrugations to give a painted on look to decals. Will use all the time now that I have it. Makes decal application a snap, and appears to improve the bond.

These products are the Gold Standard for model making enthusiasts. Simple to use and extremely effective.

Works really well but I would recommend watching a few videos on how to use it first for the novist

Bought for decals on my Freewing EDF. Maybe the decals were too thick? Not sure but it didnt work.

Used these products forever and frankly the amount you get will last forever. These are good products but they are not for the beginner, you have to practice and be careful. Cheaper decals will tear easily but the finished look of a well set decal will make it all worth it. I recommend watching YouTube videos and practicing with crappy models and decals.
