> 3 dayUsed the Sol to remove a model kit decal applied to the painted body of a Matchbox car approximately 56 years ago. Just brush on with a small soft bristle artists brush and keep dabbing gently for 3 minutes or so. Try to gently push on an edge with a fingernail until the product starts to work, as you can move the decal keep brushing until the whole things gets soft and comes off. If any residue reminds, just brush on a bit more solution and buff with a soft cloth. The entire process probably took less than 5-6 minutes. Much safer than using any type of nail polish remover (acetone or non-acetone) as this beads up on the painted surface and only softens the decal, not the paint.

> 3 dayWorks great - but you need to work quick or decals get brittle!

> 3 dayBoth bottles were a tad small, but could easily cover an entire army or several models.

> 3 dayAfter a YouTube video or two showing me how to use it properly, first use of the product is a success. Specifically an Ultramarine shoulder pauldron with a chapter symbol from the transfer sheet that came with the models. After nudging the symbol in place and sealing it on it looks clean and like it was painted on with no bubbles or bulges.

Greater than one weekDiscolors flat paint using the blue. The red actually dissolves flat paint.

28-11-2024These are for experienced modelers. I have not used them because they can soften and destroy decals. This is noted on the label
