Hes started applying decals to his Black Templar Space Marines right away. I love seeing him really get into his hobby, so this decal setting solution just helps polish off the final touches to his models.

I got these solutions for use on my WH40k models. I always had a problem with water transfers falling off or tearing but no longer with this product. Pair this with some clear matte varnish and your transfers become basically indestructible. Make sure you are happy with where you place your decal, because once this stuff sets in, its very difficult to remove the decal.

Works great..when used properly.. careful not to over soak .. it will destroy your decals..

For being the first time using these products, they worked rather well. The one solution, Micro set if I remember correct, allows you time to properly set the decal. After dry, close thereof, apply the Micro sol like the instructions say along with instructions for Micro set, apply the Micro Sol. Leaving it alone providing that the decal is where you want it, The Micro Sol dries, COMPLETELY dry dont touch, all the detail comes thru giving it a more realistic look to it. For the first time using these products, they did the job.

These are for experienced modelers. I have not used them because they can soften and destroy decals. This is noted on the label

Made a HUGE difference in the appearance of the decals on my model car I built. Decals look painted on and you dont see the edges of the decals at all!

It does the job for decals on miniatures.
