This item cost me money on a one-time purchase of software. Amzaon plays games with its customers as they are allowing assets to be affected by their feelings. Amazon states that they are not responsible for the products that they sell and if you lose money they do not care

good computer for the money

Not happy with the computer and I RETURNED THE COPMPUTER 6/2/22! The seller was a pleasure to work with. I received my refund in a very timely manner. Would buy from them again.

Great product and professionalism

Very very happy with this unit. Very fast and reliable.

My old Dell Inspiron which came with Windows 7 and was upgraded several times and was just getting too slow and un-responsive for many minutes at a time. Decided to order a new one and am very happy with it. Came with Windows 11 in S-mode which I backed out of as I like to use Express VPN and also have a few other apps that would not install under the S-mode. Seems to work the same after backing out and installing my favorite apps.

Slow, TouchPad difficult at best. Wont even install all updates from Dell support assistant. Buy a pencil and paper. Warranty is to send it back and they will delete your info but they need your password. Not a solution.
