When it works it’s good but having to constantly reset it and uninstall updates is a pain not worth buying it

This item cost me money on a one-time purchase of software. Amzaon plays games with its customers as they are allowing assets to be affected by their feelings. Amazon states that they are not responsible for the products that they sell and if you lose money they do not care

I got this laptop it froze during initial setup. The power button will not turn on until you try several items. I don’t know if this issue is common or just with mine. The quality of the monitor video was not very good. I believe you are better off buying something of a better value. I returned mine and was immediately charged a restocking fee of 20%. Avoid this seller.

great unit, my only problem, when did high dollar items just get left in front of door, and you dont have to sign for it, seems kinda weird if you ask me. If I didnt have to leave and go to er, I would have never knew about it.

The setting up of the laptop was extremely easy. Windows 11 is awesome and I imported all my websites/icons with ease; was extremely happy in web surfing. It sped from one site to another with ease and minimal timing. The laptop is light, not bulky and streamlined. Keys are excellent with minimal touch input. The screen is fabulous, bright, and smart looking. Im very pleased with this product. Highly recommended.

The laptop I received was nice but... not the laptop I paid for in the description. It was described as being 16gb Ram and 1tb ssd. I received 4gb Ram and 256gb ssd.

This laptop doesnt work. It wont load pages. Its very slow or just gets stuck. I took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and I was told that the Celeron processor is not adequate to handle the upgrades installed on the machine. Make sure to keep your tracking number. This is a third party seller who requires it to issue a refund. Im still waiting on them to do so.
