This computer is very slow. I took it to a local computer shop thinking that I got a virus and the technician opened it up to look at what processor was in it and said that it has a junk processor and there was nothing he could do to improve it. He checked it for a virus anyway and it didnt have one. I have purchased my last Dell and my last computer from Amazon.

I use it for general use but I would not buy a Dell again Support told me that it is a software issue that is not covered by my warranty. That is unacceptable- I just purchased it in October--5 months ago!

Not happy with the computer and I RETURNED THE COPMPUTER 6/2/22! The seller was a pleasure to work with. I received my refund in a very timely manner. Would buy from them again.

365 only good for 30 days ... then, expensive to buy.
