No programs installed yet, its so slow. Definitely performance issues.

I am very happy with the laptop. Since all of the wireless mouse, that I have gotten, were not a success, it was great to find that, all I need use is a finger. Plus, it does have USB 2.0 (socket) that allows me to my corded mouse, and my printer.

I have had more than one dell laptop and this is by far the worst. I am not sure if I was ripped off by getting an old refurbished computer for a new one. This computer since I got it has not functioned like new computers should; it is slow and takes forever to what I trying to do. I am constantly getting messages that my memory is almost full nonsense like that. It is just a bit faster than the old one that it was supposed to replace. I am very disappointed because I trusted Dell product, choose the dell over the ones that I was being introduced to as to make a change. I am not sure what to say, I am really disappointed. They usually last for good time and I have only have this one for a couple of months. Sometimes I am trying to do stuff online and its almost like someone else is using it. I did not have the time before to sit and write my complaint so might be a bit late. However I am still saying this cause I just needed to say something about it.

couldnt figure out why I couldnt run installed apps not downloaded from the app store for 5 hours, I am not smart but I finally found out that it was because the laptop was in S mode which is for security so it wont let you do much. Does not tell you directly at all, I had to google quite a bit and finally found out how to turn it off and the only way to do that is not in the settings but the app store.

Ive always LOVED Dell Desktop computers. Ive had several throughout many years. But Id never heard anything about Dell laptops. Knowing that Dell makes the best desktops (in my opinion!), I decided to try the laptop. I couldnt believe how fast I fell in love with this laptop. Ive had it for over a month now, using it for several hours each day & I have only found 2 problems with it: The color on the display is dull. Not the correct colors. I mean, I dont know the technical terms for all this, but it seems like the coloring that the display shows, is of low quality. It isnt HDR so its kind of upsetting. I like to have brilliant color. The 2nd problem is the keyboard. The keys are cramped together so its hard for me to type because I have big fingers. I usually type 95 wpm but on this keyboard I make so many mistakes that its like I cant type at all!! Id like the keys more spread out. All laptops seem to have cramped keys, but this one is worse. But, even with those 2 annoyances, I LOVE THIS DELL LAPTOP!!! The price for it was unbelievable! Im only going to buy Dells from now on. The customer service is Old School, which means they care. I will add to this in a couple of months so you can see that I will still love my Dell!! January 22, 2022 - Ive had my Dell for almost 5 months now. Like I said, I STILL LOVE MY DELL!! Im getting used to the keys a little bit but I bought a keyboard & attached it to my laptop & it works great. Like I said in my earlier review, Dells are the best desktop computers, & now I can honestly say that they make the best laptops too. Its worth it to spend a little more because youll have your Dell for WAY longer than any other brand. Soooooo, to sum it all up, I LOVE MY DELL LAPTOP!!! LOLOL

You wouldnt use this as a monitor. The screen is too small

I did not realize that there was no CD-ROM drive nor that the keyboard did not light up for easy to see keys. I dont see too well and that would have helped me out alot. And I guess I assumed that all laptops would have some sort of CD drive. Pay closer attention to things that you might take for granted.

This review pertains to the seller. Like others here have noted, the laptop I received does not match the description on Amazon. I purchase this specifically for the 500GB hard drive. The laptop that arrived had only a 118GB size hard drive, 79GB of which was already gobbled up by Windows and pre-installed software. Additionally, the description says it had Windows 10 installed. The laptop that arrived had Windows 11. There may have been other differences as well, but I stopped there. This is being returned. Amazon needs to step in and do something about the fraudulent description of this product.

we were looking for a lap top, to take with us when we travel, this computer is great!, light weight, large screen, and simple to use. I always loved Dell, and, this fits all of our needs! thanks for a great product
