This laptop was … fine … until it wasn’t. First one key started to fail. Then another. The track pad got sketchier and sketchier. Then the hinge broke and bound up and started to take the bezel with it. Stuff like this happens … but I only had this thing for 8 or 9 months. Never took it anywhere. This things a piece of crap but will do in a pinch.

After less then 1 week of use Computer wont boot up. We bought 2 and the other one had issues as well, spent hours on line with windows tech support basically reloading windows... did this seller provide a legit version of windows with purchase? Im 2 for 2 with issues right out the box with these laptops...

This is the 3rd Dell Ive had over maybe 14-15 years (others still work) and I love the reliability of Dell as much as ever. Love all the new features and speed. Very Dependable.

No programs installed yet, its so slow. Definitely performance issues.

I did not realize that there was no CD-ROM drive nor that the keyboard did not light up for easy to see keys. I dont see too well and that would have helped me out alot. And I guess I assumed that all laptops would have some sort of CD drive. Pay closer attention to things that you might take for granted.

I order this Dell laptop at a very good price. No wonder. It stopped working the second day I used it. The screen stayed black no matter what I tried. I returned it no problem, but they charged me a huge restocking fee. I protested and they said the computer was working fine. Well, it didnt work for me, and I would stay far away from this supplier. It was a total waste of my time and money.

Dell wont give a service warrantee but charges a higher price because of the length time since the vendor bought this.. The vendor did not mention this. I recommend buying Dell computers directly from Dell.
