Works as it should. I haven’t had any problems out of it.

I chose this product because the product title and description states that it comes with a DVD-RW, 16GB RAM. My work requires a DVD-RW. It would cost half the price of the unit for me to purchase the DVD-RW and RAM that would bring the product up to its advertised specification. I returned the unit.

This was a great purchase. Needed a new desktop for an employee. Shipped faster than the original notification stated. Came with a keyboard!

It implies this comes with a keyboard and a mouse. It does not. Only the tower, power cord, and USB wireless card is included. The graphics card is the Intel HD Graphics 530 instead of the clearly stated AMD Radeon R7 350x. All of the other specs seem to be accurate.

We use this for general use and small business. Spreadsheets and Quickbooks I personally prefer Dell computers. This refurbished computer does the job well. The description stated it was Wi-Fi ready but it was not. I had to go purchase one to get it upgraded and ready to use. I reached out to the seller and they discounted the price. That was acceptable.

Got it for my son to install Linux. Came with windows 10. Runs super smooth with pre installed windows.. Mint Linux installed flawlessly. Condition is good considering that it is refurbished. Excellent value for the price. Will buy again.

One of the slots for RAM appears to be damaged. I have 4 sticks and can only use 3. Yes, I removed and inserted individually to find the problem slot. Looks like the only way to fix it is to replace the whole motherboard. Wont be buy refurbished again.

When I received the pc it surprised me because it looks new. It shipped fast. I’ve purchased refurbished before and the pc was beat up and worn. This pc came with a warranty, MS Windows, keyboard and mouse, and is already for business setups. I’ll definitely order from this seller again.
