Delphi AF10043 Mass Air Flow Sensor

GM replacement parts at 1/3 the dealer price !!!!!!!!!! Delphi is an OEM replacement/supplier to GM. So It is the same thing that was originally on your vehicle or the BM parts counter is going to sell you. Just when there done with you, you may be a bit sore on the backside if you get what I am saying. I own an Autobody/ mechanical shop, so I get 25 30% off of list price when I buy GM parts from my dealers, and this is still 1/2 the price I was quoted from my local dealer. Same parts, Less money, excellent shipping and reliable supplier.......... AMAZON !!!!!!!!!

Even in the photos, the delphi plate is clearly there. It comes in a delphi box, says its made in China. Delphi plate is not on the part, instead just a blank metal piece. The exact same Chinese knock off can be bought for $30 here. People need to see this and stop buying these because right now it is Amazons Choice. Some reviews say they got the correct part, no idea what changed, but I thought I could save a few bucks by getting it here. Installed it, fired up my truck and smelled raw gasoline immediately. Whether the part works or not doesnt matter, it is not as advertised.

Extremely easy to install. It was an exact fit for my 2002 GMC Sierra. It fixed the issue with the codes. I use the bluedriver to find what was causing the code and it actually recommended buying this part.

Exactly as I expected it to be, mine tested fine so Im not sure what happened to the other reviewers product. It is super easy to damage a MAF sensor, even abnormal moisture in the air while you are installing it has caused issues on some of my other vehicles. Its a very sensitive piece of machinery but that is expected. Very happy with mine and it is still going strong for the last 3k miles, will update my review if I run into any issues.

Easy to install fixed the problem.

I’m not exactly satisfied with my purchase. Upon opened the seemingly new box I was greeted by my product in plastic. On the plastic was a sticker that said “no return if opened” but the plastic was already open. Upon further inspection there are clear water marks all along the metal pieces which begs the question as to where it was stored and whether or not this is factually a new product. These sensors mess up from the slightest dirt or debris so seeing water marks on a product that’s not supposed to be opened until installation is unsettling to say the least. I will install it and see how it works but not until after I take pictures.

Omg this woke up my 2004 Silverado 2500HD and it idles so smooth at traffic lights i keep looking at the RPMs to make sure the engine is still running!

This was identical to the sensor that was already installed on our 2006 Chevy Tahoe. Installed it and the check engine light turned off after probably 15 minutes of the car running. We had a mechanic check for the vacuum leaks and make sure the exhaust manifolds werent leaking. He said this was the next step and quoted us $300. We have a K&N filter so we will see if the oil causes any issues but I havent oiled it since we put it in.
