> 24 hourHave used this stuff for years. Its by far the best contact cleaner Ive ever used in my 30+ years in all fields of electronics. A bit pricy but worth every penny! And works far Superior on sliding potentiometers as its a bit of lubricant as well. I have actually used to oil motors when I had nothing else handy and works great for that as well.

> 24 hourI have been using Caig Lab products since the 1980s! Originally, their deoxydizing product was called Cramolin. They had to reformulate it to conform to new regulations. It is now called DeOxit. Available in 5% spray can (D5), or in 100% concentrate (D100L), accept no substitutes. Go to the Caig Lab web site and see which companies use Caig Lab products, including DeOxit. (Tip: one of them is NASA!)

> 24 hourUsed for restoring vintage ham radio gear, cleaning potentiometers, rotary switches, etc. Its amazing stuff. One swipe with a cotton tipped swab on switch contacts or a few drops in an old pot and theyre like new... Its expensive, but it does work, use sparingly.
