Great stuff! It really does what it says in its advertising.

I use this to clean rotary switches on 30 year old VOM. This cleaner works perfectly and the mini control tip is a plus over the usual contact cleaner spray cans. Highly recommend this product!

I have used CAIG DeoxIT cleaners for a long time. I am an electronic engineer and I have used it with radios, gadgets, outdoor electrical connections, and many other electrical contacts. This product is the best in cleaning and restoring just about any electrical connection including those which show signs of corrosion. The needle applicator makes it easier to direct it to small areas than using a spray can.

Good stuff. Beware around switch wafers, however.

I use DeOxit on all sorts of electrical contacts and havent found anything better. This particular form is great for lubricating electrical plugs then inserting them in outlets that are old and resisting plug insertions.

This is the right stuff to put on electrical connections. This little 25mg bottle could last you a lifetime of dabbing little bits on various audio and video connectors. I use the thin probe tube to refill the DeOxit pen, you have to depress the tip to open the valve, with the tip up, and drible the oil down into the pen body. its a bit tricky but with practice,... the pens come with 6ml of D100.

Essential for restoring electronic connections that have become oxidized.

I apply this to a Q-tip and scrub my wafer switches. Much less mess than the spray can variant. And I use so little of it for any specific job that even though it looks like a small bottle, it should last me for decades.

I work on old tube radios occasionally. I used a spray can of contact cleaner from Radio Shack. It worked well. When it was used up I went to the antique radio forum and they recommended using Deoxit instead, as it was the best they said. I bought some, have not tried it yet. Also they said it needs to go directly on the metal contact spots, avoid getting it on the phenolic (a paper/plastic like substance) wafers, and to apply sparingly as it attracts dust. This is easiest to do with a needle dropper. It also lasts much longer than the spray cans. In general, we all use spray cans of something or other, and we all find sometimes lose their fizz or the tiny hole clogs. Not a problem with the liquid bottles.
