I purchased both soft and hard side 21 bags to determine which I liked the best. Im a stuffer, so I was concerned the hard side would restrict me too much. Again, Im only returning this bag because I had to choose one.

> 24 hourThis suitcase did not make the stairs at my house. I packed 12 pounds of stuff for a short trip, when I got to the edge of the stairs to go downstairs, I grabbed it by the top handle and the handle broke, the suitcase fell on my feet and I was left with the handle on my hand. I grabbed the side handle, and exactly the same happened. Didnt make it to its very first trip. I couldnt enjoy the product one single time before it broke. Luckily, I borrowed my husbands Samsonite and I headed to the airport.

> 24 hourBought as a gift. Assumed it wouldnt be that great since I was paying a premium for the branding. The shell of the suitcase and the handles are all actually very nice and feel sturdy to the touch! This is similar in quality to my suit case that was a third more expensive.
