Disney Hardside Luggage with Spinner Wheels, Multicolor, Carry-On 21-Inch

I bought this because it is supposed to be a good brand. The first time I used it, both handles broke off. It only had clothing in it, so the weight was fine. I emailed the company about a month ago with photos and where I bought it (through Amazon with Amazon as the seller) and I have yet to hear back from them. This has great reviews, but I noticed all of the 1-stars have the same issue as me. Its past the return point from Amazon, so I wish that the manufacturer would help me. This didnt happen by rough handling (like at an airport). It seems to be a design flaw. We bought other Disney luggage and those have all been fine so far. I noticed another review saying the handles are fine but my review is specifically for the Snow White luggage. That person was reviewing a different style and the reviews I saw about handle problems all seem to be for the Snow White luggage, so there is definitely an issue with that style.

You probably would not buy this suitcase if it wasnt so darn cute. Compared to my more standard suitcases, it is a bit thinner, a bit fewer interior features for storing stuff in compartments, and overall just not as sturdy. But. Nothing says woo hoo I am going on vacation like this suitcase does. And the quality is sufficient to hold up to Airline handling. So yes, I rate it a 4 on quality, but I love it and would buy it again. I just enjoy using it so much.

Very sturdy and easy to maneuver. I was able to pack it up to 50 pounds and was able to hold many of my stuff. Will recommend to friends.

These are nice suitcases. They look exactly as advertised but if the suitcase is not packed so that there is absolutely no space for any more clothes the clothes will all fall to the bottom of the suitcase. The straps inside are pretty useless because you cannot tighten them. There is no real god way to use these for dress shirts and pants because they will fall and wrinkle.
