This is a great suitcase, lots of room for storing everything you need to bring on a trip. Me and my Fiancé bot got matching luggage for our Disney World honeymoon. I read a review that the paint scratches off, honestly I dont see how because it is laminated to the hardshell. I also read a bad review that it was missing two zippers on the inside. We purchased 3 of these from a Samsonite store and the sales person told us that it is his most asked question -- The zippers are missing by design. I was told the only reason those get opened is for Customs/TSA screening and for the manufacturer to make repairs. Also the bag comes with a 10 YEAR WARRANTY. So the reviews that state the handles are flimsy seem to have tossed out that piece of paper that was included in the bag. I dont happen to agree with the premise that they are flimsy. They seem like normal suitcase handles no better, no worse. The suitcase we were told was designed for a recreational traveler, 3-5 uses a year. I hope this helps you in your quest for a new suitcase.

Bought this 28-inches for an international travel to China. Two handlers were broken during this trip and this was the first I used it. Though it has 10 year warranty, considering I will be in China for a long time it will be so inconvenient :(. Pretty upset about it.

its missing that built in lock but aside from that, no complaints :)

IT IS SO CUTE. I HAVE NOT USED IT YET, BUT IT LOOKS AND FEELS STURDY. I LOVE THE DISNEY THEME THROUGHOUT THE ITEM, INSIDE AND OUT. I GOT MY DAUGHTER THE MINNIE MOUSE VERSION. THE ZIPPER IS A LITTLE HARD TO ZIP AROUND THE CORNER BUT I THINK THAT IS BECAUSE IT IS NEW.

I wish there were a 24 in this style. I love it.

Frost package delivered was damaged/ bent. Returned it on a Sunday as and received new luggage set on Tuesday .
